PUMBA Faculty

The faculty at PUMBA consists of 12-14 members, including both permanent and visiting professors. All internal faculty possess at least a Doctorate degree, while visiting faculty are industry veterans with over 20 years of experience. The faculty offers a mix of academic and practical industry knowledge, covering specialized fields such as business law and computers.

Despite their qualifications, teaching methods require improvement to better align with current industry practices. Interaction with industry experts occurs frequently, although student participation is limited. Faculty are supportive, knowledgeable, and engage in interactive sessions with real-time case studies. They provide regular assessments to ensure students are industry-ready, though additional certifications and skill development are recommended for better preparation.
