There are various scholarships available in the college like management scholarship and also other scholarships for minorities like special scholarship for christians and catholics.
Faculty was the best in the college pasycholgy mam and literature mama were too good at giving us knowledge in our classes it was great experience to get in the seat in the college
There are proper infrastructure with modern technologies, such as multimedia projectors, high-quality, audio, systems, smart boards. another thing i liked about loyola is ,college involves extra curricular activities and value based education .

Dislikes

Some faculties have short tempered , they get angered on silly things
Stress environment, heavy exams, leave letter
In this college there are church father who are very strict cousion if we get cougt they well strictly punish you

Life as a loyolite

Likes

Things that I like is the college environment and the canteen
Also the washrooms that they provide for girls with an availability of sanitary pads
Also about the curriculum that they are very structured and they inform us prior about the curriculum.

Dislikes

Things I dislike are the strictness of the college
Also there are bunch of exams and assistants
Also the hostel used to be very strict that they used to take our phones.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum that I got intrested is due to the subjects they introduced and also the course that I choose has all the eligibility required for me and about the improvements is about the laboratories there are no good resources for performing some experiments also about the curriculum the exams are more as we have more stress. Exams timings are quite good in my perspective I had enough time to complete my exam final semester we have 3 hrs for the exam and for mid we have 2 hrs .

The Best Days of Life!

The first thing I liked about our college was it’s infrastructure and campus.Our campus is surrounded by lush green trees which makes the environment very pleasant and peaceful.It used to be very relaxing after a hectic college day to spend time.
The other thing I liked about our college is our lecturers and faculty members.They are highly educated and they provide us with the right education.Their way of teaching is very unique which helps us to grasp the concept very quickly and clearly.
The other thing I liked about the college is it’s huge library.The library has a variety of books which are accessible to all the students over there.The library has a great seating facility which helps us to sit and study all the books thoroughly.

Dislikes

The thing I disliked about the college is they doesn’t have transportation facility.There are many students who come from a far place by using public transportation because of which most of the time they tend to miss the first lecture of the day.
The second thing I disliked about the college is the washroom could be improved especially the girls restroom.The maintenance of the washroom is very poor and there has not been any renovation since many years.So this should be taken care of.
The other thing which I disliked is the hostel facility provided by the college.The timings are very strict and also the hostel building is not very good since it needs maintenance and it has not been renovated since ages.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have heard earlier that the college offers best education in the course which I have chosen and after I got admission here I got to know that it was the truth.Our faculty members are highly skilled in this field and they teach us and explain us thoroughly.Their teaching methods are very unique rather than just theory but they also teach us in practical methods which are helpful for us to grasp the concept very quickly.The college also offers the best placements for our courses which is the other main reason for me to choose this college for my particular subject.

THE GOLDEN DAYS

Likes

The first main thing which I liked about the college was our faculty members.They were highly knowledgeable and we felt like our career was in safe hands. They used to teach us and even solve our doubts which was very helpful for easy understanding.
The second main thing I like about a lot about the college was its campus and infrastructure.The college campus was huge it had huge library which was very helpful it had football court,basketball court,cricket ground and even auditoriums and halls.
The third thing which I liked was our extra curricular activities or courses.They were such a fun to be part of.The sessions were fun interesting and interactive which were very useful to build confidence in individuals.

Dislikes

The thing which I disliked was there was no transport facility for the college.Many students who were far from the college had to travel through public transportation which could sometimes lead them to miss their first class.
The second thing which I disliked was there were no much holidays given to other festivals except Christmas.But it was also beneficial because we Loyola students used to get a lot of holidays during Christmas whereas other colleges didn’t had much.
The third thing I would say is the washrooms facilities could be improved a bit

The course which was chosen by me was Food Science Nutrition and Dietetics.The sole purpose of choosing this course was Loyola College because it had the best facilities and faculty members.The lecturers were highly trained and experienced.The lecturers had knowledge about the subjects and they used to teach us with their soul and heart.All our lecturers had done their masters and even they had clinical knowledge as they had worked in reputed hospitals for sometime which was very helpful for us students.It was never a scared relationship between students and teachers but it was very interactive and fun experience.

Proper review of Loyola college

Likes

First thing in this college is very huge and we have so many compitition
Sports is there in this college and we every type of ground in this college
We have library which is very huge with good book

Dislikes

In this college there are church father who are very strict cousion if we get cougt they well strictly punish you
Faculty should improve a bit but they manage
Be on time don't be late mantain your notes and complete your work on time

I like the college culture and placements
This college gives the ability to create something new with full support
Support from the faculty is good and also best in cultural programs

Dislikes

I dislike the attendance structure with is very mandatory
Some faculties won't support you ,they just read the PPT and complete the chapters
Extra tax will be added if we are paying fee from online

Placement Experience:

Placements are very good ,but most the company are from sales and marketing background.IT companies are very less .If the placement percentage is 100% only 20% will be IT companies.Minimum percentage required for placements is 75% and with no active backlogs

Things I liked in my college is the nature in college is good and maintaining the college is perfect
Coming to the studies it is better and faculty are available for us whenever ask them any doubt are querry
College having the more reputation outside and if students want to bsc they can join this college it is good for degree

Dislikes

The college nature is good but they won't allow us to sit in the campus after the college hours strict rules around the college campus
Coming to games mostly students won't play games but they take game fees they should only take fees from those are playing for them
And washroom are far away from block we should walk for 5 minutes to reach washroom they should build one washroom near block

Placement Experience:

From 5 th the students are eligible for college campus placement we can enroll the placement.collegs send us job registration link the. We go to interview the. They select bases on our performance,the college brings placement company but if has the skills then we will get placed in company

Likes

The positive ones is the faculty is very active and very helpful to students that the point is very love.my friends are also very good and the technical department is aware of what going on the technology.
The college is very attractive and the structure is very nice.The non technical department is also very good to students and also very humble.
The teaching methods is also very good I like it nice explanation.and the way of teaching is very explainable.

Dislikes

Things i disliked are when we come college at 9:45 we have to go to library instead of class why the reason is we are late to college.
May be the houses of students are very far they have to come late sometimes.its impossible to come fast daily.may be the bus was late.
It's seems the conservation is over that's it.

Why loyola academy? Here's pros and cons

Likes

Placement opportunities they provide and placement cell
Professors are down to earth ask whatever doubt you have they will surely clear it
College area and whole campus is so good

Dislikes

Our department hod he's not at all engaging and he makes me regret the course i choose
The dress code doesn't makes sense it's so hot and still we can't ear sleeveless
They won't allow you to enjoy the campus the guards will start pushing you away from campus as soon as it's 4

Placement Experience:

They're alot of different placements loyola provides . Few of the famous cooperative companies are synchrony, diloite,vipro etc Last year the highest package was for around 20 lakhs per annum . You can apply for on campus and off campus placements

The things I like about the college are the nature the flora and fauna and fauna the college is very good
The college has I huge playground consisting of basketball volleyball badminton Kabaddi cricket TT and various Sports and has a huge special humongous ground sufficient for the Student of the college
The college has many courses and wide variety of aspect such as general elective CC and club

Dislikes

When I was in first year classroom wasn't mean provided until 2nd year which we got after giving negative mark during the feedback session
Near the indoor stadium there is no water facility
The projector of good quality or there is an issue in wiring of the college with effects during the class

I choose this course because they said it has lot of scope and opportunities for the students the curriculum prepares you for Real world applications by doing demo . The frequency of exams are for every 2 months there are mid semester and after 2 mid semester the n semester is held
