the campus is huge and developing, there’s always something fun going on that gets you attendance and stuff
the faculty of my department are pretty cool if you ask me, queer friendly, experienced and smart people who know what they’re doing and take pleasure in doing so.
got to learn a lot from the department, and signed up for a bunch of different interdisciplinary courses that are a literal bold highlight for the resume

Dislikes

the mandate of having 75% attendance by the end of the semester
the fact that we can’t leave campus whenever, and have only specific time slots for that
the place is huge, so you have to pretty much walk everywhere

Admission:

i chose this college because my parents went here too, so this was on the list of places i applied. i did get into a bunch of other colleges too but by then i was already too drawn to this place. the admissions happen online, and then once your application is evaluated you're called for an interview and revaluation

Potential for excellence

Likes

The campus different blocks for different courses and for different departments
Library which can give us lots of knowledge about our course and help in our academic
The college canteen which provides us food in entire day and management who manage all the blocks

Dislikes

The college is not an open gate college once we enter into the college again when the time is over we have to leave college
We can't sit or study in the campus area during the class hours
The events organised in the college won't allow our telugu traditional songs or acts

Admission:

For the admission in our college we have to apply an request to management then if we selected they will be booking a slot for us and we have to go and give interview to there management and based up on that interview admission will be givem

Loyola Academy: Everything you need to know :)

Likes

The campus environment is nice, library and other facilities around the campus are provided. It is a huge campus.
There are different cells, for example Women empowerment cell, Prevention of sexual harrasment cell, etc.

Dislikes

The only thing I hate is the assignments, exams, etc.

Admission:

I chose this college because first, it is closer to my home making it less for me to travel; second I liked the campus; third the people here are very nice and understanding. It takes a little while but there isn't a single person who's lonely. Whereas the other colleges I applied for were famous for many stories, and me coming from a typical hindu family, my parents would never allow me there. Hence it was for the best.

I expected a standard education but the education is a bit of Average
Campus is very bug it gives a complete college vibes, the faculty is very talented and good
Placements are held on 4th semister it self, and the college offers a very good placement

Dislikes

The benches in the class are not good to be honest
Washrooms are not that clean, few washrooms of some blocked are good but remaining are not well maintained
It still has the rules of school, like cut your hair properly and dress very formally and so in

Admission:

NIRF of this college is pretty decent and the campus is soo big that I choose this college over others, it provides good placements and it is strict soo people doesn't take education litely, soo I thought this college would be best for me

Campus environment and infrastructure is good.
They give priority to sports and other cultural activities not just studies
College conducts many workshops and seminars which helps the students to participate and learn many things

Dislikes

Administrative staff are like hell they wont solve your problems easily. If you go for any need they will tell you to go here and there,tell you to take sign from principal or vice principal go to that block or this block.
Limited books are available in library so every student cannot take necessary books from library
75 percentage is mandatory for writing the semester end examinations

Admission:

I choose this college because it is good at its campus environment, infrastructure and placements. I applied for Bhavans vivekananda college but i didnt choose that because it is far in distance and compare to that college loyola academy is good at its infrastructure and placements and it is near compare to that college. My cousin told me to apply in this college and she sent me link of the college i have applied and application has 3 stages step 1 they will conduct exam and step 2 interview setp 3 submitting documents and paying fee. I didn't get any rejections from any college that i have applied for. Students who completed 12th from any stream are eligible with minimum 60 percentage marks

I choose this college is for christian missionaries. Loyola academy has good name outside. Students who pass from Loyola academy they have good opportunities in outside. Christian education is good education system in world . Admission process in college is online application and entrance exam . By seeing the cutoff in exam they will allocate the seats

Not so love with Loyola

Likes

The campus and the vibe it has where you can make lot of friends
The events which are held in collage and also extracurricular activities are awesome
There are fest held by each department and dedicated to them to show their talent and performance of each department

Dislikes

The duration of the each class which is 50mins
The strict rules and regulations that should be followed
The pg block vice principal is so strict that u wish you didn't join the collage

I didn't apply for any other collages Yes I did get rejected but I went in through recommendation from my senior who studied in same collage I didn't get accepted because i didn't answer questions in interview the collage conducted through online. First you take a application form fill it in submit it then you register it in collage ERP portal then interview conducted if yo pass you get addmission in the collage

Struggle at Loyola

In Loyola college there only few lecturera who are good with students and there teaching is also understandableand our security guards are also good
The blocks are good at looking and greenaey everywhere
The events done are good and well there are events for holi, dandiya nights, etc

Dislikes

The lecturer behavior with students and the fathers of college we don't know what time what they will say they are the worst
The college is well from outside but inside is verg poor the neatness is not maintained the blocks are good from outside but classes are not well maintained
The college takes fees in many ways from you they ask in first year as exam fees 1300 and for club 1000 which is not at all taken care and the students also don't know why it is there in second year you are asked to pay 2000 for GE subject which also

I didn't apply for other college i directly chose this college as it was near from my house The admission process is first going to website and filling all the details about yourself in admission form and then there will be a general knowledge test taken and after that we have interview taken by hod of the department The eligibility is just you should not been failed in inter exam after all test you have to go to college and meet the principal and then pay the college fees the general knowledge exam will be to easy that you can write easily

Loyala Academy the life of students

Likes

Academic area among all colleges they take exams in a semesters
They provide internship and placement very good for others field like mba ,bba, computer science
College infrastructure is very good and we socialize with others

Dislikes

No preparatory holidays for exam preparation 2 exams per day
Strict Attendance system with less percentage attendance if we only absent for one day
Strict evaluation system still we are attending the class and we are regular and punctual then also they prefer strict evaluation and even when we dont have time to study for preparation and they are always in hurry to complete the sylabus only

I research on the colleges who provide psychology so i only find loyala academy which is near from my home and i choosed this college bec of ratings and name of the college among all colleges here student can feel safe and secure ..no i didn't get rejection bec i only applied here and i got selected after having an interview with the hod of the department..so for admission you need to have some knowledge about the course u opt for then u have to give interview and u will recommended if u get selected..and here good percentage in class 12 th is needed around 85% to 90% if you are from maths or science background if u opt for other course BA then u just have 70 to 80 % to get admission.

Great campus, amazing culture, u can enjoy college life to fullest
Our college campus is ragging free and there are no discriminations of any kind.
Good infrastructure, research based practical learning

Dislikes

Hard curriculum. Although it can be a good quality
Inexperienced faculty. Text book teaching

Other colleges are university affiliated but Loyola is an autonomous college. You can experience universitie experience in Loyola Academy. The admission process includes an entrance exam, interview process. I preffered Loyola to get more exposure then other colleges as it can provide me with vast knowledge and opportunities
