Likes
- The first thing I liked about our college was it’s infrastructure and campus.Our campus is surrounded by lush green trees which makes the environment very pleasant and peaceful.It used to be very relaxing after a hectic college day to spend time.
- The other thing I liked about our college is our lecturers and faculty members.They are highly educated and they provide us with the right education.Their way of teaching is very unique which helps us to grasp the concept very quickly and clearly.
- The other thing I liked about the college is it’s huge library.The library has a variety of books which are accessible to all the students over there.The library has a great seating facility which helps us to sit and study all the books thoroughly.
Dislikes
- The thing I disliked about the college is they doesn’t have transportation facility.There are many students who come from a far place by using public transportation because of which most of the time they tend to miss the first lecture of the day.
- The second thing I disliked about the college is the washroom could be improved especially the girls restroom.The maintenance of the washroom is very poor and there has not been any renovation since many years.So this should be taken care of.
- The other thing which I disliked is the hostel facility provided by the college.The timings are very strict and also the hostel building is not very good since it needs maintenance and it has not been renovated since ages.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have heard earlier that the college offers best education in the course which I have chosen and after I got admission here I got to know that it was the truth.Our faculty members are highly skilled in this field and they teach us and explain us thoroughly.Their teaching methods are very unique rather than just theory but they also teach us in practical methods which are helpful for us to grasp the concept very quickly.The college also offers the best placements for our courses which is the other main reason for me to choose this college for my particular subject.
Fees and Financial Aid
The overall fees for our course in this college is 56000 per year.We also had the partial fee payment option which is we no need to pay the fees completely at a time.This was very beneficial for the students who were financially not very stable and their parents used to get enough time to pay the fees of their children.Our college was very kind enough to offer scholarships also for the students who couldn't afford to pay the complete college fees this was very helpful for their parents as their burden used to decrease.There are also scholarships offered to the students who have special categories like SC and ST students.
Campus Life
There are many fests conducted by our college.One such annual fest which is celebrated by all the departments of the college is called as Resonance Fest.It is held once in a year with different and unique themes every year which has a deep meaning on life and shaping our future. Other than that there are also many other events conducted by different departments.Those events are a fun to be part with along with touch a of wisdom and knowledge. There are many kinds of different books which are available in our library which are accessible to all the students in our college. Even our classrooms are built with an advanced technology like projectors which are helpful in teaching the students. There are also many clubs and groups run by the student organisations which are made or created for the welfare of other students and which are helpful for the students to speak up who lack confidence.
Admission
I did not apply in any other colleges because I have heard about this college that it was best in offering the quality education to the students and this is why I directly applied into this college.The admission process of our college is we can also apply through our college website in the google and select the course which we want to choose.After filling the firm and submitting the details of previous colleges they will select us based on our 12th board marks and then they will call us and there is a written exam conducted for the selected students.Later on students who are qualified in the written exam will have to give an interview and then later we get an email of confirmation from the college.
Faculty
The faculty members are very sweet and supportive in our college.They are more like our friends than teachers who are always helpful and teach us in a unique methods.Our all the faculty members are highly educated and qualified in their respective fields.The exams in our college are conducted as first we have mid semester examinations then later we have internals then we have pre final examinations then later we also have pre final practical examinations then finally we have semester end examinations followed by final practical's which are conducted by external teachers who come from another university and also the viva procedure also follows accordingly.
Night Life
There are many hangout spots around our college and locality of our campus. The best main hangout spot is our college canteen which is very huge with a huge seating capacity for the students and it even provides the best coffee which is very relaxing after the hectic day.There are also many small cafés and tea shops which are budget friendly for all the students to hangout with their friends. The other thing is our locality is very safe even at the night times to roam even for girls because the people around here can be trusted with. There are also gyms around our college locality which are mostly helpful for all the gym freaks.
