Overview of KIT | Kalaingnar Karunanidhi Institute of technology

Likes

The fellow students are very awesome and genuine characters
The wonderful campus structure anthe have lage library
The student faculty relationship in our college was Very beautiful

Dislikes

Collage time was, started in 8:30 am these was i dislike
The campus have 4 floors our floor was 3 that was i dislike
The break time was very less and it's only 20min

Placement Experience:

In the 6th semester, only students are eligible for campus placement, otherwise, the student can train for campus placement, The tcs and so many tech companies are visited and the students are placed a minimum of 20 to 30 in class and others have higher status. The percentage of students getting placement is 80% to 95%.

Life at KIT

Likes

Faculty members, grass yards, canteen, auditorium.
Placement training classes and lab classes.
Friendly ceo and principal, where from mechanical department.

Dislikes

Timing of college,it's starts from morning 8 30 to evening 4 30.
Break time is too short only 15 min and 45 min lunch break.
The college infrastructure is very average only single building for whole departments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My passion is software Engineer but my aim is to become a core Engineer so chose mechanical engineering. In simple words, they all are friends and family members. High-level qualification and extraordinary teaching skills. Term exams are cool and cold because the time for studies is too enough to get passed and good marks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I already said mechanical engineering is the course that will always in peak, If we have knowledge, we can sustain ourselves in any field. Maximum faculties are very friendly and supportive it's about the best guide. In my department, half of the faculties have a doctorate and with the best experience. As it is an autonomous institution it is a bit easy to pass all exams in a short time.

The environment it was to good and the experience was amazing
Compare to other college the fees structure was reasonable and affordable

Dislikes

The timing of the college maybe we want to change the timing current timing(8:30 to 4:30)

Placement Experience:

About 90% of the students were placed in our courses. the highest salary package is 12L and average salary package is 6L and the lowest salary package is 3L. Zifo is the top recruiting company for the courses. from 6 semesters (3 years) students become eligible for placement. They start placement training from 2 semesters (1 year). percentage of students getting placement is above 60%.and you can go internship after place in the respective companies We can come to write exams only after placed

Honest review of my college life

Placement Experience:

In 7th semester the student can be eligible for placements. Lots of brand companies can be came for a placements like Hyundai, tech mahindra, byju's, hdfc, etc they made more than 80% of our students can be placed. 3.5lacs for an annum is highest package and 2.5lacs is average package Every student can be without arrears can be eligible for a placements I want to start my own business during after getting a degree but there is corona lockdown is happened. Now I owned a business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

First, it's getting very difficult because I am studying in Tamil medium college fully English. I am difficult to manage that time after 1 sem I get slightly understand English. Then I fifty percent understand than understand English finally I pass all exam.

Remarks:

One bad remarks is that we have to save our fees paid bills and documents. If that doesn't exist,then they will tell that we had not paid.

A good College

Remarks:

Mostly there are positive remarks only. And only few negative remarks is that the office staffs behave like they are god.But most of the teaching staffs are mostly friendly to the students and they even helpful for the academic internals.
