- There is a college fest like aavahan which is a sports fest and there are several clubs in college too which give a boost to students for performing their best in college and enjoy.
- Yes, thare are scholarship opportunities for many students of obc sc and st categories.
- Faculties are good here, they are kind, helpful and way of teaching is very nice.

- Worst part of college is that no placement are being done companies are not visiting college
- Admission process is simple but you may face problems in some situations.
- Only few students got hostels and hostels conditions are not good

- Campus is very good, Faculties are cooperative.
Dislikes
- Placement need to improve, College is about 76 years old with having good reputation so TPO has to look for every Branches equally and have to bring opportunity for other branches also.
Placement Experience:
To be honest, Placement is only for CS, IT, and EC Streams students. Very few companies came for Other Branches Student with Minimal Seats.
Students of Other Branches have to look for IT Jobs from off-campus.
The average package for 2022 was about 8 LPA, but this is not permanent Students get an average package of 3.5 LPA.

- I am doing artificial intelligence and data sceince from this college because its best for ai&ds.
- there is very good opportunities for job and placement.
- there are many projects running in our college out of which 75% are successful and there are many projects that are launched.
Dislikes
- water supply in some areas are not good .
Placement Experience:
almost 70-80% of students got placed in this course. the highest salary package offered was 19.2lpa. the lowest salary package offered was 4lpa.the average salary package offered ranges between 5-lpa.

- I liked the teachers . Professors are good in teaching
- my interaction with my seniors. Seniors help in getting things done easily
- And friends i have made in hostel are great

- The infrastructure is not that good. It should be renovated.
- This year canteen is also closed i dont dknow the reason
- This year we dont get much time for the semester
Placement Experience:
Placements are average not that good not that bad.
This year a maximum of 32lpa has gone which Disney+hotstar has given. And avg is 7lpa. And if you get in touch with your seniors then you will definitely learn new things.

- Acedemics are very strong as the faculties are well trained
- Hostel facilities are quite good over there in college campus
- Social welfare groups are working properly and getting help from college administration.

- Campus placement are not so good and must need some improvement in the process
- The college is in the rural area as the basic amenities are not available over there
- The college didn't provide any financial assistance for any personal project

From the 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement.
More than 100 companies visited every year on the college campus.
Talking about the package they have offered, Generally, the package lies between 3.6 LPA to 13 LPA.
around 60 percent of students got placed through campus placement every year.

- The most attractive thing about JEC is its greenery. The whole campus is surrounded by plants, trees etc.
- I like the way it is well organized with its respective apartments and different labs are provided for a single subject (different topics)
Dislikes
- Its infrastructure is too old fashioned
- No proper fun events or fests are conducted here. College life is kind of boring.
Placement Experience:
Placements hold a marvellous record. Even a book named "The Golden Book of JEC" is run and published by JEC students holding records and achievements of notable alumni of JEC.
The highest package was 50 lakhs whereas the mode is about 3 lakhs. Average lies between 4-6 lakhs.
I have planned to either try for on or off-campus placement but in case I don't get a satisfactory one then I would do some short-term courses from either Pune or Bangalore

- We get very free time to prepare for anything we want.
- Faculty is quite supportive in case of short attendence.
- The fees here ia very low which make it finanacially easy.
Dislikes
- The area where the college ia situated is underdeveloped.
- The night life here is almost non existent.
- The area here is dangerous so its not safe to move around alone.
Placement Experience:
The placement is quite bad here. Only 30% of the total students get placed here mainly in IT sector branches with an average of 4 lakh per annum. The students mostly plan for clearing the gate examination or any government exam. We get ample time for the preparation of these exams.

- Jabalpur engineering college is very away from main city
- Jabalpur engineering college is at low development area
- College does not do events . They just want to here for education
Placement Experience:
From 6 semesters students become eligible for campus placements. The companies visited in our college are tech fire, google, Microsoft, etc.
Above 7.5 sgpa gets placements easily. My plan after getting a degree is to enjoy life.

- Faculties are good and have vast experience and knowledge which gives us a great opportunity to enhance our knowledge in the respective fields.
- It has a great library which fulfils every academic and non academic book needs of the students
- Sports facilities are also good. We have a big playground and many sports material.
Dislikes
- Number of students placed are relatively low.
- Cleanliness is a big issue in the college hostels especially
Placement Experience:
Although I am a 1st-year student can't say much about placement but I gathered information from seniors through which I know we can take placements from the 6th semester and can do internships before also. Many companies visit here like TCS, WIPRO, and INFOSYS. High packages are around 13 lakhs on campus. Around 25 -30% of students get placed on campus

- The green campus areas is soo beautiful .

- Water supply in some area is not okay. Not clean
- The mechantonics department is too old .
- The behaviour of the some of the faculty members is not soo good
Course Curriculum Overview:
I want to get into IT sector so I choose the IT branch. Faculty members are good there. Faculty are there in good numbers. There are also very skilled in their domains. Their teaching method is very good. There are 2 mid-exams in each semester.

- As our college is all surrounded with green trees and open space.

- I am a little unsatisfied with the college placements and packages

Placements at our college are somewhat low. Its average package is around 4 to 5 lakhs. From 7 semesters students are eligible for placements. There 60% of students get placed. A company like Vipro, Amazon, Tcs, etc. offers placement in our college.
