The infasture of college is very good. The campus is good enough.
Teachers or professors are ver supportive .library collection is good

Notification regarding professors leave is a vey big issue in the college.

Jabalpur Engineering College is a good institute for students who wanna pursue undergraduate in a low cost. This is very affordable. If you ask about the most affordable engineering college in india then everyone says JEC. For sc, st students there is no fee for tuition. Hostel. All are free to them. The tuition fee you will pay will return with extra money as a scholarship if you are eligible

Fee of my collage is very less arround 23000 per year for general category students this is very good fee structure I think . They provide government scholership to the students. They provide online 23000 for scholership. MMVY scholership.

Elementary idea of Jabalpur Engineer College

Likes

I like the college campus of our college its academic block and all the department are well maintained
The hostel of the college is also very good and hostel fees is very low

According to tution fee the college is very ahead from all the colleges where the tution fee are in lacs, but here the tution fee is just 22000-23000 per year besides for the reservation students scholarship are also there as "Post matrix scholarship " provided by MP state government

The low fees is the one and only advantage of this college

Dislikes

Almost zero placement opportunities, not even 10% of the students gets placed
Very poor infrastructure, typical "government" facilities. No water, no canteen, no proper electricity, almost none of the computers are working

there are a lot of scholarships opportunities if you are a student with some reservation, for students from general category, you can avail medhavi chhaatra scholarship. total fees for a general student with no reservation si 22k per year

Likes

Things I like is only the affordability.
The availability of books is also pretty good.

Dislikes

The teaching must be improved, teachers attendance is low.
Of course, the placements should increase.

Feesstructure is good but not the quality of curriculum and teaching, therefore not that worth it. Scholarship is given via the government. Campus jobs are not at all good, there are No placements or campus jobs.

Truth of JEC

Likes

Jabalpur engineering College has a strong alumini network help us to improve our college
The college is completely autonomous so examination is so easy

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the college is so old so the buildings is too old and there is a lack of maintenance work
Workshop has machine shop which is not working properly due to lack of maintenance and old machineries

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees is around 11000 per semester and 22000 per yaar you have to pay admission admission fee which is around 2000 in every odd semester and also exam fee which is around 1500 in every semester and you have to pay a portal registration fee which is around 300 rupees per year if you have any back exam then you have to pay 300 rupees for examination and also 200 for revel and if you get a hostel then you have to pay 250 rupees in 6 months the mess is not present in hostel also in college there is no gym which is mentioned in college website.

Fees is very low ( only 22000 per year ). You can apply for Medhavi Scholarship if you have rank under 1 lakh. And SC/ST/OBC has some different scholarship in which they get some extra money other then their fees Remember don't pay fee during your admission if u are eligible for the Medhavi scholarship just tell them that you are eligible and will fill the scholarship form.
