College campus is very nice and this is very attractive me
College placement is very good around 70 to 80 percentage students are placed in this college
This college fees is 22300 rupees which is affordable for any lower class students

Dislikes

Labs instruments are very old and which can't working properly
College Buildings are very ancient which is not attractive.
Electric board is not for first year students

Placement of this college is very good around 70 to 80 percentage students are placed in this college by On campus placement .many companies like tcs , Wipro , Infosys etc are visiting in this college .average package of this college is 6 lakh per annum.

Best college I found.

Likes

Freedom is the best part of college and you will get all future opportunities and and can focus on your carrier
Hostel is the main place that I like the most and it legacy and connection Build in it.
Faculties and college is very supportive to you and celebrates your success steps and gives all requirements opportunities

Dislikes

Canteen and code culture and time limitations.
Facilities of water and work are very slow.
Clubs don't get funded by colleg. All are students driven.

Internships Opportunities:

Open internship opportunities and college also provide intership to.all students in their careers field. Can work with teachers in any project and also go out for work and experience as college gives permissions.

Likes

first and most imp thing is this clg is worth the money
the campus is big and is full of greenary
the studies are not that hactic and it gives us some time

Dislikes

curriculam is still old and outdated so it need to be changed
infrastructure is so old like the buildings are not renewed
the college does not have a proper hygine in bathrooms

Internships Opportunities:

my college does not provide internships for students but students are trying hard to get those internships off-campus. since college does not provide internships the number students getting internships is less

Likes

Campus is full of greenery and it is vast enough.
There is no senior junior culture inside the college campus and hence seniors are friendly
College is affordable due to it's less fees

Dislikes

There are not much events happening in our college
Curriculum of this college is very old and is not alligned according to today's industry needs
The college is situated at the outermost part of Jabalpur

The internships are provided in our college only after the completion of sixth semester. The internships offered are mostly for the project based jobs and web development. However there is a very slight chance that you may get an internship from college and hence it is advised to apply for internships off campus.

Things U need to know Before taking addmission in JEC

Likes

The college is value for money and more than worth it for 132k fees
Also the faculty and staffs are supportive...they support students by providing resources and guidence
Hostels are also really affordable if you get it .

Dislikes

Curriculum is still old where subjects like mech civil are teached to cse students
Coding culture is improving now but it's still low
As it is a engineering college girl to boys ratio in my branch is around 1/4

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards students starts getting industry exposure and internship opportunities on campus .. companies like TCS IBM visited campus in 2024..and the highest package was approx 11Lpa and lowest was 3-4Lpa. With more than 50% of students getting placed ...ill probably persue masters after bechlor .

JEC: A DECENT COLLEGE

Likes

The jabalpur engineering college is one of the oldest and reputated institution in central India.
The fees of this college is affordable for everyone and great returns of investment.
The alumni network is very strong. Due to which placement was quite better.

Dislikes

Due to government institute the academics was not so punctual.
The syllabus was not dynamic and advanced.
No sports and cultural events helds in JEC.

Internships Opportunities:

The college offers internship in final year in decent companies and in government sector just like defence. There are many companies some are giants and some start ups also offers internship in JEC. The company like L&T, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro and many other companies offer internship in these college.
