For our internships Accenture visited, Wipro visited, Ey visited, decathlon visited and the roles they offered was of sales and marketing role, testing role, operations role finance role, and the stiphen was different based on the companies.

There were multiple opportunities with good stipends since i was a fresher i had to struggle a bit for good internship but college helped me throughout and got an internship under reliance brands limited for a luxury brand for store operations and the stipend they offered was 16-17k approx per month Outcomes was what I expected whole store operations of luxury brand kind of client was really exceptional

Faculties present in college are well qualified and extend guidance to students.
The intrastructure is fully equipped with all the necessary requiements.

Large batch size of 800 students which is huge in number.

Various internship opportunities is offered to students with various roles like Assistant portfolio manager, sales and marketing intern, Reseach and business development,etc The highest stipend offered is 80000 and average is about 15-25 thousand.

Likes

The curriculum which is according to the corporate world
The faculties are well equipped in their area of knowledge and also well qualified.
The infrastructure is nice, fully air conditioned .

Dislikes

The lecture timing which is 2 hr for one lecture
The batch size which is huge that is around 800 students
Location of the college is in matunga which makes the living cost of the students higher as the area is an expensive place to live in

Internships Opportunities:

The college provides internship period for 2-3 months for students in which the various companies hires students as summer interns with roles like marketing and sales intern, Business development executive, supply chain intern, etc,.The average stipends is around 15-25 thousand with highest stipend of 80 thousand.

College takes a lot of students and they don't even have the capacity to cater to these many
Placements are not to the mark and do not match their claims
There is no as such student life, no festivals, no co curricular activities

Placement Experience:

The college claims false details about average packages on their website The placements for Summer Internship are Pathetic and FInal Placements are also poor They claim average placement 12.5 lac but in reality average placement is 8-9 lacs So ROI is very bad no doubt they try to bring good companies in the college and list of those comapnies are mention in their official website They claim 100% placement assistance

My welingkar experience

Likes

Infrastructure is great and it is located in a prime location which is great.
The faculty is also very good and helpful.
Alot of events are conducted here which are great for overall development

Dislikes

Placements have been very sluggish this year
The schedule at times get very hectic and the college doesn't get flexible

Internships Opportunities:

Alot of internship opportunities do come. Companies like dhl, parel agro, kpmg have come to the campus. So overall placements have been good but companies are not picking a lot of people which is disappointing.

There is no campuss which leds to bit conjustedness
No weekly fixed timetable, schedule is know 3 days prior
Cannot take a medical leave for less than 8 days else it will not be approved

Internships Opportunities:

There are various companies that come for summer placements such as JP mogan, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, Havells, ICICI bank etc. The highest pay for summer internship is 75/80k per month and the avg payscale is 15k per month.

There are many facilities available which help us in many ways
College crowd is also good. And surroundings are also amazing.

Dislikes

Some college officials are very rude. There are a few people who work very slowly
Network inside the college is not very good. Jio is very nice but airtel is not good
Hostel facility is not good. There are many problems in the hostel

Honestly speaking all the B Schools you mentioned are just glamorous brand names with no real value. The placement scenario is very pathetic here as the companies that visit are looking for students who can work at fewer salaries. Only the extremely meritorious students get good packages and that too is rare.

So I will suggest that if you have scored 95+ in CAT, then you are capable of more. So work hard and target a better B School next year. Remove these colleges from your list of options and attempt CAT again.

If you are not very sure about attempting CAT again then prepare yourself for a package as low as 5-6 LPA.

Welingkar Institutes in Mumbai and Bangalore both provide management courses, with the Mumbai site offering a wider range of management programs than the Bangalore campus. Welingkar Mumbai is the main campus; therefore, it has an older campus but more experienced faculty, hence, it is chosen over the Bangalore one.
