Balaji Institute of Modern Management Pune Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements season starts from the third semester itself. The best companies visiting campus are Deloitte, Vedanta, Infosys, SRV Media, MG, Volvo Eicher, TVS, and many more. Vedanta gives the top offer of 20.5 LPA for HR Executive and further followed by federal bank giving 14LPA and further infosys giving 7-9 LPA followed by other companies. Calvin Klein gives ctc of 13 LPA. Volvo eicher gave the ctc of 9LPA and followed by further companies. Average package comes around 8 LPA and almost 99% students get placed every year. My plan is getting further academics and going for an higher degree.

As soon as 2nd year starts placement offers from August start coming. Students who have 90% attendance are eligible with no backlog. Each one of the students gets placed by the end of the year. Avg is around 7.5 and the highest is 20.58

From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for placements. Over 200 companies visit including ITC, TCS, Mahindra, Vedanta, HUL etc. Offers made are unknown. The highest package is around 15 to 16 lacs, the average is around 6 lacs. Around 90% placements. Plans are to join a good company and start my career.

From sem 4 the students are almost eligible for the campus placement. The highest package is around 20 lacs and the average package is around 6 lacs. Big companies like Amazon, Tata visits for placement. Approx, all are getting placed. The plan is to go for a job.

There is no official notice yet that came to the students for campus placements. However, as per my knowledge and been through seniors, we are allowed to sit for campus placements from our sixth end days of the semester. We are completely unaware right now.

When we went for the process the words of the founder late col. Balasubramaniam made me sure about the admission in this institute. His mantra of problems are opportunities made me choose this institute. Some of the other factors that I considered during my admission were Strict Curriculum, 100% Placement record, Events and Competitions held at the institute

After the 3rd-semester companies start coming in and I am still in the 1st semester so I don't have any idea about companies visiting or offers made. However, the highest package of 17lakhs was offered and the avg package is around 6 lakhs. Around 95% of students get placed and my plans after my degree is to join a big company as a brand manager

I had a word with ex aluminia and they have given the positive thoughts of this college. It gives you platform where you can proofs your ability, you have a chance to interest with the intellectuals, professional and many more personalities which helps you in developing the calibre or more prominent grooming yourself. Bad aspects - There is no off even you need to visit the campus on Sunday or even festival as there is 24*7 workings. This college provides you great mentor, understand your calibre, helpyou in achieving according to their persona. College dunia I heard there

From 3 rd semester placement get started. Lot of comp. Appears in campus to select the right student who fit for their criteria like Infosys, tcs HCl etc. The highest package is around 25 lk and lowest is 3 lkh. Placement is around 80 per. From campus and even though they helped you to get placed.

Placements and the discipline factors that develops student to boost themselves in the corporate world as soon as they enter in their working domain. The college provides great insights and reality of corporate world by arranging sizable guest lectures that includes leaders from all dimensions of the Country and beyond.
