The location is perfect as its near my house

There is no campus for students and no place for event

Course Curriculum Overview:

It has a good scope for people doing business, banking, and finance. People planning to do an MBA can do B.com first. Now with BCom, we can even do courses like ACCA, CMA, CPA, CA and CS which is great as we can have two degrees together.

Likes

The college is very flexible for CA/CS students or students preparing for any professional courses as it does not require full 75% attendance
The college provides various opportunities to participate in fests and programs in order to improve extra curriculum activities

Dislikes

The college should have an online portal to announce it's results because they still follow the same old system of displaying results on board.
The college does not have a great amphitheatre and sitting area.
The college must engage in taking internal exams to gain more practice and attendance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well versed with all the necessities. The students get a variety of subjects too choose. The exam schedule is a bit hectic as students get only a single day off between the exams and rest of them are continuous. The exams are 3hours long of full 100 marks paper.

Faculty is the most helpful and coordinating towards students.
The way of teaching, all the professor and their take all the efforts in making study plan for the students.

This course is an course for all the people who are intersted in the stock market. It gives you all the majour ideas of how the market works. The college also takes students to vist SEBI, NISM to make the student see their is the real world application of all the studies related to the course.

An Honest review of my college

Likes

I liked the cleanliness and neatness of the college campus
The library of the college is well maintained and they are very strict when someone makes noise which is quite nice
They have one of the best faculties and staff

Dislikes

The website of the college is always full of glitches and bugs
The office staff is not very much cooperative
The benches in the classrooms are very old and rustic they always create a problem because they are too small we can barely sit on it

I had to choose this course because it had less burdensome in terms of studies because we have to study side by side for other professional courses also the faculties should adopt good phrasy teaching methods the timings and frequency of the exam should be taken care of more precisely

A little information from my side for hinduja college

Likes

Good faculty , supportive teachers, good library and orovide textboor on id card for free you can take any book from there for a specific period

Dislikes

Campus is like its not there, students not allowed to use lift, gymkana always under renovation

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose bcom with specialization in finance and accounting and optional subject as tax. 3 year course consists of 6 semester and the topic is covered by the teachers before exam. So you get time to study well. I think test should be conducted to engage students more.

Hinduja College - Review in a nutshell

Likes

Course- Being autonomus in nature, it has become better.
Proximity to station- College is very close to charni road.
Faculty- Best in the business, very 1:1 sessions.

Dislikes

Infrastructre- College needs to work on it.

The faculty is led by Dr. Saira Banoo Shaikh. She is a PhD by qualification and she has a lot to offer. There are faculties ranging for all subjects who are well qualified in their respective field. It was easy to score 80% in all subjects.

Things you need to know about Hinduja College

Likes

I really liked the space of classroom

Dislikes

I mostly dislike their staff behaviour and their very poor management skills

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took this course because I took a professional field i.e (CA) so that with inside I took this course i.e(B.com). The student ratio is quite good in this college. Exams were not timely taken and I think they really need good managing skills to carry out the things. Personally, I think they should also look into their teacher's teaching method as I don't find it very helpful.

The college is nearby to the railway station
Food courts here is really awesome here i like it
The annual event held here was really awesome here

Dislikes

The college doesn't have its own college
The college doesn't have Air conditioning in all room
The college doesn't have its own cafeteria

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCom course is easy and as I have done a chartered accountant too so BCom is easy to complete. The faculty here is nice and all faculty are qualified here. The term exam was held twice a year, two semesters were held each year and to pass the exam is moderate.
