Remarks

The admission process was very easy. I didn't have to face any difficulty while filling out forms as their responses are pretty fast. The eligibility for B.com is passing Class 12 from a recognized board with a minimum of 45% aggregate. Their application form is available on their college i.e. vriddhi website. You just have to register yourself and then log in and the form will be available under the admission section.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course as this seemed the easiest and my marks were matched with their course eligibility. Their teachers are very good as we get perfect explanations and all the doubts are solved at the moment and one on one attention is given. The exams are held in August and April month as of now but it keeps changing. The papers were really easy to pass. There was not much difficulty but there were some questions which really tricked a student's mind.

Internships Opportunities

4

There were many roles offered for sales, digital marketing, management, etc. along with stipends of 10k-20k monthly. I am not aware abt it as I do not visit the college on a daily basis but if you go on a daily basis so you will be aware of what is happening.

Placement Experience

5

From the 5th semester the eligibility is there for job/internship placements. There are endless no offers made and 99% of students are placed every year. After getting the degree I haven't planned anything yet.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the entire degree is 20k-25k. There are a lot of internships going on in colleges as they have tied up with many organizations. And the stipend is really good as a side pocket money for students and there are job opportunities after the internship is done.

Campus Life

5

There are many fests and workshops held during the year. The social life is very pleasant. The infrastructure is huge. They have their own big library and students can issue course books and other related professional course books and study the whole day.

Interview Experience

5

No, I didn't have to face any interview or written test before or during, or at the end of the admission process. As I had to just provide my details and fill out a few forms which were online and everything was through email.

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.com is not a very comprehensive and complex degree to complete for someone who wants to pursue his/her career in finance. It can be referred as an initial start or push start for one's finance journey over the years. Also the relevance of B.com in real world is gradually decreasing day by day.

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
