Self study will be the only agenda to succeed and the faculty here are not friendly enough to discuss about your problem.
The teachers here are not too good to teach you beyond books and ppt and reading from it is only what you can expect.

For every 60 students we have a faculty here depending on the mentor you get we can talk about student teacher relationship some are friendly and some are horrible. My favorite was Prashanth sir a maths faculty who make maths like a cherry on the cake and most from 1st year department are good real trouble starts when you get into your department. I didn't like Hari ma'am she was strict and used to do a lot of partiality while giving assignment marks her favorite gets full rest gets the marks the she writes randomly. Course will be changing depending on the present technology but there are not skilled enough faculty to handle those exams are quite easy last year paper model paper referning can give you pass marks.

Knowledge for keen learning

In each class there are around 60 -65 students and we have got 8 subjects with eight different well researched and experienced teachers. Then group of 7 is made and 1 mentors is assigned to these group of students and guidance is given from them

Journey of Sahyadria

First year we had to semester physics and chemistry cycle.Teacher are very for the student they are giving a well education to the students yaar completing the syllabus by time to time and giving a good educations education now I enter to the second year you have finished the first CA exam they are very good in teaching They are 3 cie in one sem and 1 100 marks semester exam average of 3 is took and 20 marks internal is added and other 50 marks is from the semester exam are added and the total sgpa calculated

Teaching is very bad and they do not provide quality education

The faculty is very supportive and friendly but quality of education is not provided here. The faculty is fun and will help us with whatever difficulties we might be facing . Overall I would rate the faculty 6 on ten

A true review of SCEM Mangalore by honest student POV

The faculty to student ratio is very much good, There are plenty of faculties. The faculty to student relationship is good and you can approach the faculties for any queries regarding academics. The department HOD for our ECE is very good and they work hard to get good internship opportunities for students and for the development of the department. For every semester there will be 3 internal exams for 30 marks and sem end exam will be for 100 marks

Some faculties who are rude towards the students for no reason

The faculty fairly good but some of them are totally towards the students for no reason at all its like they bully the students on purpose for there enjoyment and do not care about students mental health

Don’t enter blindly

There are many faculties in our college i In my department except two rest are all best faculties very friendly and the other two don't have patience to speak There are 6 internal and 2 Sem every year and exams are not so easy

Good enough number of faculties the ratio is around 1:5. Each and ever faculties were really good and are ready to help students when students really need them. Will be having 4 internal exam and two external exams in a year. Difficulty of the will be depends on the paper. Almost every will pass the exams

If you are good in making projects you can ask with the faculty members also they can provide you the internships or they might help you to get connected with the industry based people for the realtime projects

Teaching methods of Faculty members is not so good

the faculty members are less and the teaching is like an average only. Teachers have good knowledge as most of the teachers are having the phd degree also and they have published many of the research papers also and those research papers are also got selected so knowledge wise they are good but teaching wise they are not so good. And the exams are not so tough as you can study one day before exams also . so no woory about the exams. The problem is with the Lab exams, most of the times students used to take chits also in the lab so that they can get pass, but still they got caught. this happend because of the faculty members as they dont teach us properly what exactly the code it is.

Good choice

Teaching is good and hosts many bot events.

Facilities are good and teaching is also good. They will be friendly with students and the ratio between them and students is equal. They conduct 3 internals for each semester and lab preparatory and finals then semester theory finals.my favourite faculty is mallesh sir who thought me mathematics and he is so good in teaching.
