I liked the view of the college and the placement here even though it is a small campus you can expect nearly 200 companies visiting the college.
With this you can find people of various place you can get to know them.

Dislikes

There will be literally near to no fest in our college.
The teachers here are not too good to teach you beyond books and ppt and reading from it is only what you can expect.
Self study will be the only agenda to succeed and the faculty here are not friendly enough to discuss about your problem.

The college environment is really good. It lets you to interact with various students from different regions
My college is Mangalore getting to seek new language and new traditions
Also experienced the well developed lab and equipment which is very much necessary for developing skills and practical knowledge

Dislikes

The weather is to hot due to college located beside river banks
There little bit language barrier if we over come that
Campus had not digital payments in campus

Likes

College has a good infrastructure and also a good lab infrastructure
They provide good opportunity for placements
They'll boost you to develop your skills through programs like skills lava and conducting many talent compitations in the campus

Dislikes

In someway they'll restrict us to go in our interested way
It is somewhat difficult to clear academics cause qp's are not student friendly
You'll not get good exposure in sports or any other activities rather than studies

Internships Opportunities:

For department of electronics and communication the internship offer is provided from the KARMIC Design private limited if you are very much interested in semiconductor and faculty found that you are hardworking in that domain

infrastrucutre is good, campus is also good because infront of the ground we are having the Netravati river, near the college we are having Bonda Factory for drinking cocunut milkshakes, and ice-creams
If you are good in making projects you can ask with the faculty members also they can provide you the internships or they might help you to get connected with the industry based people for the realtime projects
In manlgore there are lots of place to visit, like temples, beaches

Dislikes

Teaching methods of Faculty members is not so good
Internet connection is not good, in hostels also we face lots of issue with our mobile networks also
Size of the campus is too small, its in the almost 6 to7 acres. which is the most disappointment. its like i am still in the school

Placement Experience:

Placements is not so good because its a tier 3 college. If you want the good placement like more than 30 lacs or above that then keep on looking in other web portals or some other platmors also. if you are happy with the 10lac then its okay then no problem

After first year we are having internship at college itself for two weeks and then we have ideathon on 13 th day and hackathon on 14th day where they make selection of 30 groups out of 100+ groups then they provide internships certificate.

My college review

Likes

The faculty are really good and understanding with their students. They make sure that the students understand the concepts taught.
The college infrastructure is good. The college is close to main road and the busstand
The college is full of greenary and has outdoor gym and garden to sit and rest

Dislikes

The college canteen food isn't the best. The rates are high compared to outside.
All the assignments are given in the last moment all during final exam time
The placement chances given to students are barely 65%

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement selection. There are some companies like Bosch Google TCS and others. The highest package is 40 LPA and average is 2.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 65%. My plan after degree is to get a stable job and support my family.

Likes

The campus is very beautiful and has a lot more green spaces and mantaps to hang out or study
The laboratories are full fledged and there is no shortage of equipments.
The faculties are welcoming and friendly enough.

Dislikes

Use of elevator is not allowed for students

Internships Opportunities:

The internship is conducted after the first and second years with project-making in the third year followed by a three-month internship in the final semester and all being compulsory and added to the report card. Off the campus, students can choose to do internships and in college, there are startups that allow students to do internships and also provide stipends.

Less holidays and long college hours hard for those who are slow learner
More attendance requirement that is 85% cant take urgency leaves

Infosys and the roles offered of softwar engineer are developer, tester, etc Microsoft is also same under CS department Most of software engineers are placed as developers, frontend backend whichever they are good in
