Infrastructure and campus for this college is very impressive because of greenery in this college.... college canteen are very impressive and socially event's like tech fest are most impressive like that
The placement of my college should be considered average as some major companies like tcs, wipro, etc give major opportunities.
Faculties have a great knowledge in the teaching field and have great experience in teaching.

Dislikes

College hostel are just shit mess is very bad that not maintain any hygiene
Scholarship are not more for general cast students as i am not able for mmvy there is no other scholarship
I disliked the mess food as they are giving very poor quality food.

OIST BHOPAL REVIEW

Likes

The quality of infrastructure is very good
Most of the faculties are supporting in behaviour
Curriculum is good overall it takes 6 months per semester

Dislikes

I don't like the uniform system of this college I felt like school
Placement derives are less and satisfied as compared to other good colleges
College life I cannot be happy because no more fun in this college

Yeah specific aspects of curriculum is good We prepare for the semester with the help of college and Internet Teaching methods should be improved it would be like nit and iit colleges Yeah timing is too long

OIST is a fire!!

Crowd makes a college and our college crowd is phenomenal.
Given the placement scenario we are at the best space currently as we have nearly all students placed in 2024.
Location of a college matters as otherwise commuting becomes difficult and is an issue but not with OSIT as bus stand is right outside the college and also we get autos at will near our college.

Many IT companies and that companies that are into data harvesting are major components of the companies that hires or rather recruit students from here while they are in the penultimate semester. Highest placement from our college were of 32 lakhs and average is around 8-9 lakhs.

OIST is Sensational!!

Likes

OIST has some of the finest buildings as most of them are laced with escalators.
A lot of selfie points are there at the campus.
Reforms in academics are made time and again as new and new topics are added in our course semester after semester.

Dislikes

A mismatch in academics and other activities is a huge miss.

Placement Experience:

Wipro and Polaris are top companies when it comes to recruitment but besides thag as well we have a range of IT companies who comes for placement at our campus. Almost 70 or more percentage of students who apply from our college are placed.

Oriental Institute of Science and Technology - Review

Very large and Extensive Library with a lots of books
ERP system which controls all the management of a student through a app.
Events that are conducted time to time to engage students.

Dislikes

Old class structure making it difficult for students to sit for long hours
Tardiness of mentors and tutor gaurdians in completing the work
Threatening students in the name of placements and attendance.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements in 6th sem. Major recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL and Cisco. The highest package offered by TCS is 7.5 LPA and the average package will be around 4 LPA.

In the oriental college, the campus is huge and beautiful and they are connected with the nature also.
The students of Oriental college or institute are disciplined as in campus ragging can't happen
The faculties are also supportive and good

Dislikes

While the campus is beautiful but in the campus street dogs are roaming here and there which is unhygienical.
As in the summer season we suffers a lot in our classes and in lab because in our labs and class room AC is not available.
And lastly the attendance criteria which was 75 out of 100 it would be 60.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a student of computer science and business system there is some pros and cons of this course and the pros of this course are that this course is designed and launch by TCS so there is more chance for the students to be selected by TCS. And The cons are that we have to focus on both things cse and management that wasn't easy.

Oriental collage review

Likes

I like the faculty the teachers are very knowledgeable
The events and functions that happens in my college

Dislikes

Very bad food and water quality no cleanliness
There are no water dispenser in the campus

Recently about general introduction happened that is we are introduced. without seniors and perform various activities and functions and events like carbonites we have to pay extra fees of 300 rupees.

I liked the thing that our collage has a basket ball court
Teeachers are very supportive and are very good teachers

Dislikes

Very dirty hostel and canteen food no Hygiene
Some teachers teachers are not good they do not know how to teach h
Very old labs computers does not work properly

Placement Experience:

I cant not say that my collage does not provide campus placement but I can say that my collage provide campus placement with low package there is a very rare chance of getting a high pakage like 20lpa or above average pakage of my collage is 5 to 6 lpa

OIST Bhopal reveiw from my perspective!!

OIST Bhopal is like an international airport from inside as it is that well constructed.
Luckily we don't have a uniform culture like rest of the colleges have.
Students from various backgrounds study here and that gives a cosmopolitan feel.

Dislikes

Extra classes are just too much over here and that is beyond taking.

A lot of MNCs have made up to our college for placements. Unlike other colleges where a couple of companies are hired for mass placements our college don't do such practices. We have ample options as placements here are the best thing and having the best is another at OIST.

Likes

I really like my management their work is very efficient
Class and overall subject curriculum is very good
Projects and assignment are not a stress factor

Dislikes

I really don't appreciate my campus faculty
Senior are very rude around here and they don't particularly take raging but sometimes they are really mean with us.
Busses needs to be bigger so that they can accommodate all of us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is very effective and efficient like they don't stress us out, there are only 2 assignment per subject each semester and there are two exams that is one end semester and two mid semester exam. Not very tough but can feel very easy if you have proper prepration.

Likes

The atmosphere is very friendly and anti ragging for the freshers
Faculties of all department are reliable and can be trusted with there knowledge
The classes and lab are very well equiped and suitably comfortable for students

Dislikes

The nature of the teachers and the facilities are very strict making it feel like a school rather than a college
Some of the students come from a very irritating background and habits
College doesn't consist of a sport field of any kind , making the college life too boring

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have enrolled in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning which is also a course for the future and generations to come . The college has a nice structure and curriculum for this course and is closely monitored by the RGPV board.
