Model Engineering college has an amazing placement but the infrastructure is small

Our college campus is very small, which makes us easy to connect with other batchmates.
We have amazing alumni. Our alumni is super strong
Placement cell of our college deserves a special award for their hardwork

Dislikes

Having Small campus also has is demerits. It's hard to conduct various programs when we have limited space
Lab facility needs an improvement. Some branch have very small lab
Small canteen hence we donot have much atra in our college to hangout

Placement Experience:

Our placement cell is one of the best cell in our College. They work really hard to bring companies to our college. Hence, we have the highest package being 52 LPA and average of 8 LPA. Top companies who visits us are TCS, L and T, Sobha constructions, Ansys, Adobe, Redbus etc. Almost 70% of the students who sit for the placement get placed.

Likes

The Ambience of the college is too good and that had appealed to me on the first sight.
The valuable connection with great experts in various fields.
The quality of the faculty that does teach the students

Dislikes

The college doesn't have much fund as it is a Government college, thus making it hard to conduct events.
The space the college infrastructure holds is less.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The decision to choose Electronics and Biomedical Engineering was that I believe it is a field with lot of scope to work and research on.I feel like the current syllabus of the curriculum does not prepare students much for Industrial application and I feel a change is necessary in that field.Some suggestions that I would like to give about the same is including industrial and hands on experience for the same. Exams are conducted on a regular basis with proper marking schemes.The answer papers are corrected by the faculty and given to the students for their development.

Very small college . Only two buildings are here.

My college provides good placements with high salary package for every department in multinational companies.
Faculties are so friendly and helpful. Good teaching quality.
Anti ragging campus. Strict punishments for ragging.

Dislikes

Small campus area. Not a enjoyable college life
Shortage of class rooms. Not having a permanent classroom.
Not near the bus stop. We have to walk 15 to 20 minutes to reach nearest bus stop.

Placement Experience:

Every passout students are placed in different companies by college placement. From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Kalki tech is the core company of EEE in MEC. 100 percentage placement.

Our college offers great placement oppurtunities not only for Computer based branches but also for other branches. So many companies come here for recruiting from us like Sobha Constructions, Oracle, Redbus, Rockstar gaming etc.

There is a good library in this college. Lots of reference books and texts are available here. They also provide digital library
This college has a calm and quiet campus
They provide quality education and placement.

Dislikes

Lab facilities are not better for an engineering student. Most of equipments are complaint
Canteen is too small. It is not enough for the students.
Campus is good but it is too small. Auditorium is not enough for events

Placement Experience:

7th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Only the final year students can attend interviews. Air india, BPL, Cyrix, Infosys, etc are the main companies which contect interviews. 70% students get placement offers from campus placement. I also planned to get a job in this companies.
