- Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
- Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
- The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

- Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
- From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
- There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

My JEE rank was not so good that can provide NIT atleast then By seeing ranking in Wbjee college list, I found an autonomous college with good reputation about placement, attendance ratio and there is no special uniform for college

Securing a rank of 3k in WBJEE I was deprived of some renowned Govt colleges of west Bengal. Thus I was looking forward for some good private colleges in my state and I found Heritage Institute of Technology as not only the best one in Kolkata but also better than some of the govt colleges of WB according to their NIRF rankings. According to me it is not that easier for an autonomous college to provide with wholesome education as it has to follow the syllabus and the examination pattern of the University it is under but in Heritage the administration and the faculties have designed the whole education structure in such a wonderful manner that we don't get anything lesser than the other universities do and that too in a quite student-friendly manner.

Heritage Institute of Technology is an autonomous institution registered under MAKAUT.As it is an autonomous institution it has the freedom of deciding their own syllabus for each course.The prominent factors which play a key role in taking admission is student-friendly environment throughout the college campus. Excellent infrastructure with multiple grounds where different sports are played with club structure for not only co-curricular activities but also technical activities.The college has a number of well qualified as well renowned faculties who has worked in top companies.The college hosts a no of technical as well as cultural events.The placement scenario is better than other private colleges as a no of companies recruit students from various streams.Our top recruiter TCS recruit a large no of students. It is also a renowned private college in Kolkata which draws attention as well

It's campus is beautiful and teachers are cooperative.it's a very friendly environment and lots of exposure.fests, events clubs etc Placement is also good
And interships and projects also goes on.

Kolkata is near to my home city(Dhanbad) so travelling would be easy in case of an emergency and it was the best college i could get with my rank in wbjee. The college also provided overall development of a student with clubs and competitions going on through out the year. The campus was good.

I chose this college my college has a very lineup faculties, and I wanted to study under the best minds in the country. It also offered the specialization I was seeking, and I wanted to fast track my education.

I got a chance for admission through my counseling and this is the best college in Eastern Zone with a vivid range of placements. Got an opportunity to explore Kolkata and acquire experience staying away from home.

It is one of the best private colleges in west beengal with good placement record as compared to ither private colleges.it has good infrastructure.it also have good labs.
It rank around 178th in NIRF ranking.
All the department have qualified teachers with a very good experience of teaching.

Overall it's the best engineering college in West Bengal with some common issues which you'll find in every college. But what makes it stand out is it's excellent academic and non-academic results which is the driving force behind the success of every student of this college.

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.
- Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
- Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
- Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
- Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
- Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.

The campus has a huge ground and it also has a large pond. It has a very well-maintained infrastructure. They also provide students with all the necessary facilities. The canteen serves very well but it is really expensive. But overall it is manageable for students.
