The college has around 100 faculty members, maintaining a satisfactory faculty-to-student ratio of 3:4. Faculty-student relationships are generally positive, especially in the BHMCT and BCA departments, though some issues arise from student absenteeism. Semester exams are organized well, but mid-semester exams face challenges due to a lack of seriousness from some students and faculty. Students become eligible for placements in the 6th or 7th semester, with companies like Wipro, Infosys, and Hilfiger recruiting from various departments.

Internships are mandatory for BHMCT students and optional for others. The annual fee for the BHMCT program is 124,000 INR, up from 120,600 INR, with an additional hostel fee of 60,000 INR per year.
