Ambiance of the college study ambience is available all over the college
Management and their rules which supports students to participate in all kind of extra curricular activities
Teaching techniques if the teacher which will give High output and interest in studies

Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, it is awesome here

Likes

The infrastructure there is world-class. The best in Kerala. The faculties knows their stuff. The canteen is the best of any colleges in Kerala.They Even have a community Radio
The hostels are the best in neatness and all, ask any inmates.
The labs are very impressive and the lab technician are knowledgeable.

Dislikes

The college is strict about discipline and it can be a problem for Teenagers and youngsters.
Teachers are too involved in our academics when compared to other colleges which can give pressure to students who doesn't want to study but enjoy life.
The Cultural events there are limited to only the students of the college which is not very nice.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I never wanted to be an engineer before I joined here but the college made me fall in love with this course. The curriculum involves many internships and such activities which makes it more fun and interesting.

Excellent campus for future

Likes

Faculty friendly campus and we have to experience social life
Good and advanced lab facilities are there
The compound of college is keep as green

Dislikes

Management is too strict for both faculties and students
Security system is very very strict than other colleges
Canteen was too expensive than outside shops

Likes

Our college has good faculty, who teaches well and are friendly.
Also there is a great festival at the college once in a year, called azure, which is very good.
Moreover, there are lots of good people whom care for you.

Dislikes

Sometimes, we feel the college is strict.
When compared with other colleges, number of festes here is less.
Campus placements may vary according to your trade.

Placement Experience:

Our college provides good placements for eligible students. Number of students placed may vary in some years, but overall the college has good placements. Our placement cell is very effective. Students who are not placed can go to higher studies or can find a job themselves.

Are you looking for a great campus

Likes

Good environment for study with smart classrooms,labs,greate wifi access allover the campus
The teachers with greate knowledge and have a helping mind
Mostly all of the students got placed in every year with an average package of 700000

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the placement from the 8th semester. Companies such as tcs, Accenture, and wipro offer 100+ jobs. The highest package offered was 800000 LPA for a software engineer. Approximately 90 percent of the students secured placements.

An OK college if you want to be in a campus that is very beautiful but has no college life

Likes

The college infrastructure is good and the campus is very beautiful and that attracts many Film shootings in our college which is a very interesting part about the college.
The college food court is very good and the menu offered is very high quality.
Students from around the country and abroad come to study here

Dislikes

College is way too orthodox about its running.
Friendships with the opposite gender might get you in trouble by many teachers who are very judgey

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements during the 7th semester if they have no pending backlogs or supplementaries. Some of the companies that visit the college for recruitment include TCS, Infosys, UST Global, Accenture etc.The average package usually goes around 3 - 3.5 LPA but some students manage to get jobs offering packages worth 20+ LPA but that is very rare. On average 40-50% students get placed.

Great experience

Likes

Campus view, atmosphere, amenities were great and enjoyable.
Technical fests and cultural fests were amazing every year and seasonal programs were also conducted every year.
Students and almost all staffs are friendly and supportive throughout the course period.

Dislikes

Hostel food, College management and gents hostel.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester of their B.Tech course. Several companies such as TCS, SOTI, Wipro, Cognizant, IBM, etc visit the college and offer many eligible students jobs. Almost every student who appears for the interview gets an offer if he/she has no arrears/backlogs left to complete.

No much couple freedom, suspension for silly reasons

Placement Experience:

From semester 6, I guess as I'm not sure as I'm still in semester 2. The orientation programs led that way. The Highest package given was 77LPA. My plans after getting a degree are if got campus placement go for it and then save some money to go for Mtech, or else go for MTech with my parents' money and pay it back later or take an education loan.

Placement Experience:

The college has a placement cell and many students are got placed. In the civil department, the placement is comparably low. In civil engineering, the percentage of students who get placed is below 25. I want to my MTech.
