Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course because of my love for Programming. there are 70 students per division of CSE, there are 3 divisions, a class I again subdivided into 3 under 3 different mentor faculties. There would be a total of 7 teaching faculties for each student. Term exams were comparatively easy and an average student can pass with flying colors.

Internships Opportunities

4

Startup Valley, 2 Startup types are running in AJCE. 40+ companies are operating from there. Many other companies come to recruit in AJCE. I do not have much knowledge in that field as I'm a Semester 2 student but the orientation program made pretty big promises.

Placement Experience

4

From semester 6, I guess as I'm not sure as I'm still in semester 2. The orientation programs led that way. The Highest package given was 77LPA. My plans after getting a degree are if got campus placement go for it and then save some money to go for Mtech, or else go for MTech with my parents' money and pay it back later or take an education loan.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have much about the fee hike policy, but the total fees are comparatively low in comparison with other colleagues. Scholarship based on KEAM rank. I'm a 2nd-semester student so my job and things are not known yet But the orientation program was well promising.

Campus Life

4.5

There is an Annual Tech / Cultural Fest names Azure usually conducted around April or May season it's an absolute blast, and celebrities come. Apart from that there are many cultural fests like Open Base, Sound Booth, Mad Crew, and many more. There is a central Library and each department's library and It's big. There are many technical workshops available like in my case for python, JavaScript, etc. There are 5 grounds with equipment for badminton, tennis, football, basketball, cricket, throwball, and many more. There is a college FM Radio.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

In every room, there can be 2 or 3 occupants. Laundry can b given once or twice a week we would be provided with a laundry basket. The food is Kind of Average like every other hostel in the world. The menu is updated every 2 months, so variety is maintained. Beds and Buckets and all that amenities are provided.

Admission

KEAM Rank under 10000 gets 2000 off, under 5000 gets 10000 off, and under 2000 gets a 100% discount. The application forms can be found on the website AJCE.in, Later Visit the college, and head towards the research square building, The 0th floor of that building contains the admission cell. NRI Quota is also available, Management seats are too.

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
