Likes

The greenery of the college is so attractive.
The faculty support for our studies are impressive.
The classroom and classmates are good and friendly.

Dislikes

The canteen food is not that impressive.
The toilet facilities for male are not that clean.
The hostel facilities and the food there are not good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum are good. As our course is new in Kerala University, the curriculum is a mixture of other courses. The subjects are from every department. It's a new subject and it's interesting too.

A small review on My College

Likes

Our campus is very peaceful and calm.Its of a peaceful ambiance.
Teaching mode is good.Most of the teachers PhD holders and of great knowledge.

Dislikes

Some of the teachers behaviour towards students.Very bad attitude.
Some of the facilities are so poor.Seats arranged in the class are so poor.
Rush in finishing subjects and Sometimes due to rush we don't understand the topics well

Course Curriculum Overview:

Robotics and Automation ud the course that I have chosen.its a better course compared to other subjects. They provide lab facilities for our experimentation and for practicing it in the real time. Timing of exams are always a helm.KTU will not much time to study as well as to finish the topics.so teaching is little bit tough and we don't get much time to grap it .

Tge teachers are good they will help in lot of ways and will give hood guidance for the approach for the various tasks and exams.

Dislikes

The cultural programms are conducted less

The course is just starting but the faculties are good.They have a good idea avout the course.The curriculum is also good and have has bright future. The core subject should come from 2nd year that was the only thing that is a drawback rather than that its good.

Likes

A very vibrant environment with simple greenery and surroundings.
Great internet facilities and high speed wifi
Decent lab facilities with good equipments

Dislikes

Bad quality food in both hostel and canteen.
Under maintenance and dirty quality of washrooms

Placement Experience:

Students can avail placenta from the 7th semester where a lot of companies are available. I don't know about the highest package but all of them are pretty decent. Most of the packages are IT and sales.

Review of Adi shankara institute of technology

Likes

College ambience is awesome.It has many trees
Faculties are very dedicated in teaching.
It's a ragging free campus.We also have friendly seniors

Dislikes

There are fewer college festivals in arts and sport's
Lunch break is only 50 minutes.That feels conjusted
Faculties are little too strict in academics and other activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose ECE because of the upcoming industrial advancement that's occurring in India. The reason I chose Adi shankara was it's very convenient for me to reach there as it's near my residence. They provide enough opportunities to develop your skills but we have to use them.

Life at ASIET

Likes

The faculties are approachable and provides guidence
You have a new learning experience and can study with scholarship
Tech fest like Brahma and industrial visys are awesome

Dislikes

Sometimes the faculties give over burden and show partiality to studrnts
There is no modern lab facilities and proper prativallntrainingas the fee structure is more.
There is no good placements.And placements are conducted in a rush only for the college reputation

Placement Experience:

The placements are mainly focused on software companies.There is vast opportunities for computer science and Artificial intelligence students.Other core branches are helpless to attain placement in their own domains.Moreover the placements are for the reputation of the college

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. This year our seniors got placed among 10 companies in banglore and all. We should do what we have to do study well and increase our skills. Then the companies come and get us placed . There is a good placement around here .

Likes

The campus is really clean and filled with trees
Have well qualified teaching staffs, they are really suppoirtive, they help us in our curricular and non curricular activities
College provides free high speed wifi for students

Dislikes

Hostel facility is not good as the food is terrible
Only vegetarian foof will be available in vanteen and hostel

Placement Experience:

students will be eligible for campus selection in 3rd year ( 5th sem), mostly IT componies will be there, ariund 60% of the students get jobs right after finishing the course. the average package is 3 LPA.

Likes

Certain faculty members are very good both in teaching and in understanding the students.I personally have seen the best teachers that has ever taught me in this college
Seniors are supportive and provide help for exam by providing important questions
Clean campus.We can see staff cleaning the whole college throughout whole day every day of the week except Saturday and sunday

Dislikes

Not really comfortable with the hostel facilities
Students here are less interested in college activities and there is a severe lack of participation in most events
Even though the college is providing wifi facilities its almost of no use

Placement Experience:

The college confirms that they will provide a placement if the students are able to pass every exams and lab exams without any fail or back papers. There is even a small start up company working in the college.

All about Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology

Likes

The faculties are good here. There are many faculties who are PhD holders.
Non teaching staffs are also good. They are friendly to students. They are so helpful to us.
Teaching methods are also good. There is a good network facility too.

Dislikes

College surroundings are not well maintained. Roads inside the campus is very old and are not good to travel.
Classroom contains many damaged chairs. And the department is not so cared about these things even after we reported these issues.
Faculties are not able to complete the syllabus.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements during 6th semester onwards. There are many companies offering placements in this campus. TCS, Wipro, Infosys and more good companies have made offers in this campus. Highest salary package here was 20 LPA. Average salary package is about 5 LPA. There is about 30% of students getting placed.
