My College Experience

Likes

College building infrastructure, faculty, peons
Security guards, well maintained air conditioned labs
Clean and odourless classrooms, hallways and toilets

Dislikes

Management is not that good, no place to sit and chill with friends
Students here are too vulgar and abusive as slum is right beside the college
Students cannot use lifts and students need to take sign of principal for every little work

Placement Experience:

From 5th Sem students are eligible for placements and there are 2 companies visited to our college till now, named moglix and persistent systems, average package is nearly 250000 and highest package offered till now is 305000. Out of 100% students only a few students are selected for placements and are placed according to there skills and talent. The percentage would be like 15%. I plan to opt for off campus placements after my degree.

The things that I like is organisation, function etc
The things that I like is the canteen is clean and good
The things that I like is the principal of your college is very friendly to uss

They more improvement in teaching to students
More need to improve is clean environment
More need to improve is college parking are should more big

They need to improve the environment of the college and outside of the college because the area of the out side are is very dirty it needs to improve Exam time should be more to cover 80 marks exam it's need to improve

Why to take admission in Dr. D. Y. Patil college of Arts, Commerce and Science

Likes

The campus is very good. Neat and clean classrooms.
Nice faculty. The staff is very supportive and humble with you.
Teachers are like friends to us and very nice behaviour.

Dislikes

The campus is good but after the 1st semester end they change the campus with another.
When the exams come closer the staff gets rude.
The faculty doesn’t help much while assignments and other activities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My family wanted me to do this course and i was also interested in computer applications and coding and it's very heplful. The faculty should improve the way of teaching because there are some students who don't understand it well. Also the faculty should takecare of students while teaching.

Likes

Most of Teachers At College try to Teach as much as possible as easy way.
Teaching staff is quite helpfull and Support you any way u need.
Enviornment at College is also quite studious

Dislikes

Some teachers just teach u so fast that u won't under much

Placement Experience:

From 3 sem students become eligible for Campus Placement. Dy Patil has Centralised Placements so Any students can Apply for Placement at other Dy patil college too which is a Plus point I say compared to Other Universities.. Bsc.Cs has not Much Placement compared to other It enginnering course but still its good Enough. I will be Applying For Masters after completing my Current Bachelors.

Teachers there are good nature in my college is also good well maintained area
Environment is excellent with green trees ....teaching is good
Canteen available cleaning is done everyday practicals are taken on time lectures are taken regularly

Dislikes

Small campus need a bigger campus less parking
Infrastructure is not that good...it is not that maintained
Canteen food quality is average need improvement infrastructure is kinda low

Faculty members are good and very helpful. Teaching techniques is also good
Department arranges guest lecture which encourages students knowledgeable and confidence. They also arrange different different extra credit courses.
College provides students corner which includes communities like NSS, NCC, Student Development Board and clubs like rotary club, trekking club(FATEH)

Dislikes

College doesn't have large ground for sports like cricket football
Separate campus is not there for college

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from 6th semester but the placement cell arrange a lecture for resume preparation, interviews preparation which helps the students for placement. But many of the bachelor students are prefer to go for higher education.

The campus is good for students very large campus
They have best staff in our college friendly
We have the labs for practice and ac in that labs

Dislikes

Campus don't have any ground to play cricket, football
College is very long distance from the main city
Too much fees for this course and not scholarship

Likes

Number of students per teacher is almost 20 that he or she can keep eye on each and every student.
There are number of competitions for exhibitions held monthly in the college which motivates students to perform at state level and international level.
The projects are so interesting ,teachers also help students to perform the activities

Dislikes

The doors of classes should be sound proof and here we get to see normal doors.
All Greenboards should be replaced by white boards for avoiding the dust particles.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite easy because the supportive teaching staff help each and every student to understand his syllabus and perform good in his exams. The exams taken here are under secured and strict environment. Almost number of teachers here are PhD holders and this is the plus point about teaching staff.

The College is Ok not too good

Placement Experience:

students were eligible for placements from 5th semester companies were tcs, Capgemini, cognizant, carpro, distha the average package was 2.5 lakhs and the highest package was 3.5 lakhs the percentage of students getting placed is 50%
