Dr. D. Y. Patil Arts, Commerce & Science College was established in the year 1995, affiliated to University of Pune. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various disciplines of Science, Commerce, and Arts along with value added courses and a Diploma in Journalism.

DY Patil ACS College also offers Value Added courses in different fields.
Applications for the courses are invited in online mode.
Applicants to UG courses should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with English as a passing subject.
Candidates applying for Diploma or PG course must have passed the graduation in the relevant field with at least 50% marks.
Admission in MCA is done on the basis of an entrance conducted by Department of Computer Science, University of Pune.
Admission in M.Sc is based on an entrance test conducted by University of Pune.
The final selection in the rest of UG and PG courses will be based on the merit in the qualifying exam.

DY Patil Arts, Science and Commerce college offers a variety of courses at the UG level, viz., B.Sc, BBA, BA, B.Com and BCA. B.Sc is offered in 5 specializations. BA is offered in 3 specializations.

The minimum qualification is 10+2 with English as a major subject from a recognized board to be eligible for admission. The eligibility varies from course to course. The final selection will be based on merit obtained in the qualifying examination.

Key points:

Direct admission for B.Sc. (Animation, Computer Science, Biotechnology) and BCA (Computer Application) will start from June 06, on first come first serve basis.
Online filling of application form for first year B.A. and BCA (Science) is from June 05 to June 13. The merit list will be displayed on June 15, and admission will be done till June 20.
Those who have applied for B.Sc., B.Com. and BBA must fill the online form till June 16, 17, 28, respectively. Admission in these courses will be done till June 27.

DY Patil ACS College MA, M.Sc, M.Com and MCA Admission 2023

The college offers MA (3 specializations), M.Sc (4 specializations), M.Com (2 specializations) and a MCA course at the PG level. The minimum eligibility criteria to apply is a graduate degree with 50% marks in the relevant field.

Selection in M.Sc and MCA is based on an entrance test, whereas the selection is based on the merit in the qualifying exam for MA and M.Com.

They are easy to get into and this was the only college I applied to so it was good. The admission process is fairly simple just apply and submit documents when they ask for it and pay the fees that is all you need to do i would advise you to go in person and fill the form rather than applying online

Is it worth studying at Dr. DY Patil Arts, Commerce and Science, Pimpri

Admission:

I didn't apply to any other college for my Master's. I will be completely honest, this college was very last minute and I got to know from one of my relatives that it's a good college. The admission process is very simple and the Head of the Department is very helpful throughout this process. They check the eligibility at first and once it's done all I have to do is complete my application form and pay the fees.
