PES Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Kuppam Course Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

Candidates seeking admission in this institute have to register themselves online for NEET UG and NEET PG on the respective official websites. Here is the procedure to apply for admission with the institute:

• Candidates must visit the admission office of the institute to obtain prospectus and the application form by paying a nominal application fee.
• Fill the application form correctly.
• Affix the passport sized photographs on the designated places in the application form.
• Attach the documents, which are listed below:
  1. Allotment Letter and Receipt of Certificate by NTRUHS
  2. NEET UG/ NEET PG Admit Card and Score Card
  3. 10^th and 12^th mark sheets and passing certificates
  4. MBBS Mark sheet and passing certificate
  5. Transfer Certificate
  6. Character/ Conduct Certificate
  7. Medical Fitness Certificate
  8. Community, Nativity and Date of Birth Certificates
  9. Caste Certificate, if applicable
  10. Aadhar Card/ PAN Card
  11. Migration Certificate
  12. Coloured passport sized photographs – 10 for UG and 20 for PG courses
  13. Bank Guarantee of INR 12, 12, 750 on the 100 rupees non-judicial bond papers (For NRI Candidates)
• Submit the application along with aforementioned documents to the admission office.

Note: The candidates must bring 2 sets of self-attested photocopies along with the original documents at the time of admission.
