No special scholarship was provided for GM. 2 months of rotational training in Super specialty depth in NIMHANS, Bhagavan Mahaveer Jain Hospital, and KIDWAI Cancer Institute. Fees for that will be approximately Rs. 5000 excluding the stay and other costs in Bangalore. Department funds and other costs: Rs. 2000 approx per year. Cost of Books and other study material: Rs. 10,000. Stipend (recently hiked) : Rs.45,000/- for the first yr Rs. 50,000/- for the second yr Rs. 55,000/- for the third yr But stipend is usually delayed by 1 month by the administration.
