- The Library : Library is usually our normal spot to go after the lectures and it has a very pleasant environment which helps to study
- Teachers: The Professors are great they know about the Courses they are teaching and always help the students
- Student Services: There are services for all kinds of things as an international student ranging from academic advisors to financial aid International department
Dislikes
- Sometimes it is difficult to find a spot in library
- There is a gym on campus but it is too small and not fully equipped
- The Membership for the sports is not included inside the few and have to pay around 45 CAD extra per semester
Placement
- Full-time jobs depend on the field of study. There are career fairs on campus every year and departments prepare the students for that by helping with communication skills resume and CVs, and brushing up skills other than that GPA and knowledge of study are important, though universities don't promise to place students into full-time positions.
- Working on campus Also helps to get a full-time job in your area on campus after completing study. There are many people who secure a full-time job by working on their skills.
- I took accommodation off campus, as on campus is really expensive—around 1k per month just for rent. Off campus I found on Facebook marketplace for $500 a month a private room, which includes all amenities like wifi electricity water heat and a shared washroom and kitchen.
- I would recommend finding off-campus housing, as on-campus housing is usually very high priced and as a student, it is not a good decision, as we can find better places outside campus.

- My Professor have been the best thing throughout my university journeyy. Being an international student it was hard tot maintain my grades but my professors helped me a lot, and supported me.
- The infrastructure is amazing and if you like to study in Nature then the university is your best free time study spot.
- The students here. There’s a huge diverse culture in the university which makes it interesting meeting new people everyday.
Dislikes
- The lack of hangout spots make the university look dull
- The food outlets close early in the university so you have to bring food in you have classes in the evening.
- They charge for each and every stupid stuff.

- As I personally haven’t completed my graduation yet, it’s hard for me to say how the full-time opportunities are, but as I know through my seniors, I’ve come to know that there are not many opportunities out there, but if you really try hard, you might be able to find some because there’s a hard competition out there in the world.
- The university made a group for all the students that were going to join in from the next semester, which made it easier to connect with my classmates and more students in the university and through that WhatsApp group, I found my first ever roommates.
- I shifted in with them when I moved into this country but later on I found more friends and I have kept changing my houses.
- It’s not that hard to find housing here. I’ve already changed like six houses here and like, it’s not that hard.

- Yes I chose this university because it is a cheaper option to complete your bachelor's in Canada.
Placement
There is no on campus placement but a fresher can make high five figure salary as a fresher graduated from the university . But university does not have a good co-op record as far I have heard from other students.
The overall experience is good there are good number of international students over here so it feels relatable to everyone.

- The fact they had a campus in Chandigarh. The fee wasn't too bad in comparison to other Canadian institutions.
- The fact they have a Campus in Chandigarh, India. So, Indian students can start their degree in the comfort of their home and can take a transfer to the Canadian campus after the 1st year or the 2nd year. This way you save up on tuition fees and also adapt to the Canadian Education System before moving to Canada. And after you graduate, you get a degree from the University without the mention of you being in a different campus for the first two years. It's the same degree you'd get if you studied in Canada for 4 years.

- The professors in Abbotsford Campus are very below average. They don't focus on actual learning, but just somehow finishing the courses and moving on to the next one. Out of the 20 courses I did in Abbotsford Campus, I only learned something new in maybe 2 or 3 courses. All the other courses were absolutely a waste of time. Even in a very practical course, they'll read off of a powerpoint presentation, without teaching anything practical or useful. Even the exams were useless. I don't think I learned anything that directly translated into my professional life.
Placement
Finding a placement doesn't depend on what college you went to, but how good your skills are. So, as a software developer, if you're actually good and know what you're doing. The starting salary can be anywhere between 50,000-80,000$ (per annum).
Overall experience was dissatisfying. I would blame some of it on COVID since, most of our classes in the last two semester were online and professors weren't used to it. But in terms of making memories, connections, friends it was good. But not so useful in terms of learning transferable skills to the professional world.

- I wanted to study abroad but wasn't ready to leave India so soon. They have a satellite campus in Chandigarh, where I belong, and offer transfer after attending it for one year. So, I thought this was the best opportunity to spend some time in India while receiving Canadian education.
Placement
In Canada, there is no such trend of placements and you have to apply for jobs on your own. Co-ops are another thing where you become an intern for a semester and later they hire you once you're a graduate.
It has been a great platform to expand my horizons and get as much experience as I can.

- I wanted to expand my horizon and take more hands-on approach for my education, which most Indian colleges cannot do, hence i decided this college
- The subject is very hands-on and very interesting. more over the teacher and faculty is also very helpful. the campus is also fully AC. There is more practical test as compared to theory and the final test are also practical
Dislikes
- The campus is very small and some subjects are very hard. Moreover unlike Indian colleges where you have to pay a fine and reattempt the paper if you fail a subject, you have to spend 4 months and huge sums of money (depending on the course fee) to redo the exam
Placement
The students are free to research on their own and can take the help of their professors. You can even research with your classmates as well.
The overall experience is great. The BCIS course is one of the toughest but it is a very vast field.

- I am happy I chose this university because due to the lesser strength of students compared to orher universities, professors can put more focus on us. We can reach professors easily and they are always ready to help. I had mental health problems and the university had resources for that too, my professors were very understanding. I would recommend this university
Placement
I am in my first year so we haven't done much . But time to time professionals come and give lectures about their field sharing job opportunity and such
There weren’t any specific courses but just the ielts test - i think 6.5 band and above. I have always wanted a career in policing, this university offers bachelors in criminal justice , which other universities don't offer
Placement
Easy placements and co-ops are available for students.
We don't get accommodation on our own very easily here, they provide us accommodation which is really good and if we don't opt for that then it would be difficult for us.
Placement
NA as I am still studying my course which is BBA. I am right now in second year.
I initially took admission in UFV India and then I took transfer to UFV, Canada. One of the reasons was easy transfer to Canadian campus. Also it is ranked well in Canada.
Placement
Most of the students get good placements. S s
One of the branch of UFV was in Chandigarh, so we could transfer to Canada after completing 2 years of our degree.
