Visa process for International Students

My experience at Norquest College has been transformative. Initially an introvert, I've gained significant confidence and become more outgoing. While I still identify as an introvert, I can now approach people confidently and without hesitation. - I chose Norquest because the mental health recovery practitioner course was only offered by them. They also had another exciting course, addictions recovery practitioner, unfortunately, I couldn’t get into it. It is really competitive as the seats are limited. I had heard a lot about Norquest in terms of education, professors and also economically it went well with me.
- My experience at Norquest College has been really amazing. I joined as Mental Health student in Jan 2020, it's a nice small college, the faculty is nice and warm, supportive as well in various ways.
- The classroom consisted about 25-30 students and education they provided was helpful and qualitative. I loved being there, as it was easy to navigate the college and reach out the professor in case you needed any help.
Dislikes
- The thing I dislike about the Norquest college was that when I wanted to do another program in same college, I couldn’t find many options, they were to limited and streamlined into a particular field.

- Flexibilty with courses and mode of learning (hyflex - inperson and online) where i can choose if I want to take 11 am class as I am not a morning person so its all in my hands if I want a 11 am one I can just double click and its all.
- Flexibility to choose courses, where I can make choices by myself on moodle (much convienent app by norquest) where I also get my assignments and tasks. Also the instructors at Norquest most of them are now my good friends, all of them really are the best mentors I have ever met.
- Norquest library is way too much better than any normal library where students can see different sections if you want to chill and talk there's gossip section and if you are reading a book and you want everyone to be quiet there's a quiet section as well. Moreover, at this college you can easily take help of international advisor who can provide you everything you need with your studies.
Dislikes
- Nothing too much. But there's not a lot of options with food like there's only subway and tim hortons making a limited choice for most of students who cant have the same thing everyday. Other thing is there's limited courses which you can study. Mostly colleges or university here offer a wide variety but Norquest isn't like that its focused on few courses only."

Program length it's a nice building smaller classrooms. You can get a job very easily. There is a lot of support when you enter the field and many times they provide extra training for you. So your skills can be top notch.
