- Offers good employment opportunities - Student worker, Graduate Assistants & CPT.
- Campus is huge and has an airport. Students of aviation gets a great exposure.
- Campus has parking areas close to each building, making it easier to reach, especially in winter and rainy seasons.
Dislikes
- Campus is about 40 miles from Chicago city, which is an hour plus drive if you live in Chicago.
- Food isn't always available through out the day, so if your class is in the evening and you are hungry, better eat outside and don't expect anything in the campus.
- Orientation programs aren't designed well. International students often have no clarity about the classes, login information and sometimes they aren't even aware of how to pay the fees.
- My friend helps me with my accommodation. However, there is a Telegram group of Lewis that can help find a stay.
- My monthly rent was $300 as it was a shared accommodation with no parking. I had to pay separately for parking.
- Thankfully I had no challenges for my initial arrival; later I changed my stay using Telegram references. Always use the Telegram channel of Lewis to find students. Accommodation was not too far from Lewis, around 6 miles.

- The course curriculum is one of the best I've come across
- The Project Management tie ups with the PMI Chicagoland, which no other universities have that.
- The free shuttle service for going out, going to other campus, Chicago city tours etc
Dislikes
- The email responses are at times very slow
- Not many on campus opportunities
- Teaching assistantships not being available for few programs
- I found my accommodation through LinkedIn.
- Rent is around 300-600 depends on the occupancy. The rooms will be furnished, laundry, included. The utilities will cost around 100-200
- I didn't have any difficulty finding accommodation.
- But i would suggest to Join the WhatsApp and telegram groups and you can easily secure the accommodation.
- IMy accommodation was 15min away and most students stay in the highpoint community drive , which is close to the college.

- Classes for International students are mostly in the evenings and which last until late nights until 10 pm
- Above thing might cause you trouble in commuting if you stay off campus If you stay off campus you don't have public transportation to college.
- Especially for business students they might have classes in 2 campus which are 15 miles apart and hard to commute even if you stay on campus.
- Off campus and my accommodation is 5 miles away from campus which will take me 10 mins drive and monthly it costs me 500$ as i share 2 BHK with 3 others the challenges will be security deposit and transportation to college.
- It 's better be on campus but its costly to be on campus it costs you around 20000$ per year for accommodation on campus but if you stay off campus you need to buy car or at-least have a roommate who has one.

Dislikes
- Its in a suburb with very bad public transport. Even joliet has good public transport but romeoville doesn't
- The international office is very rude and are not very friendly and helpful a lot of times.
- Even the advisors are very irresponsive
- First, my brother gave me accommodation.
- Then his friend in downtown helped to find some and then I moved with my brother's friend and after that we found a place up north by Devon (Chicago) in Facebook Marketplace. After that, we found a great a little bit south, like 7 blocks from a guy I met at a liquor store but your best bet would be the Sulekha website for Desi and Facebook Marketplace.

- love the campus, its vibe and the most wonderful thing, university’s own airport
Dislikes
- On campus residents are given more priority
- Career services for international students should improve more
- International students office and it’s budget , events involvement should increase
- I found my accommodation through WhatsApp groups, which I highly recommend.
- My rent was $350, excluding utilities, which were around $380–$400. The main challenge was finding good roommates.
- Most Lewis University students live in Naperville (25 mins), Romeoville (15 mins), or Devon (1 hour). I recommend joining reliable WhatsApp groups for housing.

It was close to home and they offered the programs I was interested in taking. They also offered competitive pricing and scholarships for any new student. Lewis University is pretty well known in the Chicagoland area.
