- The quality of assignment are great they push you to the limits and helps you explore beyond your subject knowledge.,
- Most of the professors are part time professors so they work at a corporate and teach the students as well so they share a lot of industrial insights,
- They have a amazing program for coop where you can study and work full time for 6 to 8 months.
- Dislikes:
- Too many Indians international exposure is almost negligible.,
- Little to no campus opportunities for most of the students.,
- No flexibility in the coop program you need to follow there timelines.
The admission process was quite simple for northeastern. I filled an online application. The application required your bachelor transcript, SOP, recommendation from 2 people and your English proficiency test results. They had rolling admits so it took around 1 month for me to get an admit from them. Then to confirm my seat I had to do a initial deposit for a couple of hundred dollars. I did not go by any consultants I researched about it on the internet.

- The tution fee is bit expensive compared to the other universities but if scholarships are provided it can be good
I didn't like the curriculum and the master's was only for 1 year. I was looking for a 2-year master's as I have completed my graduation in 3 years I want to pursue a 2-year master's to get a better understanding of my major.

- Coming from a consulting background I wanted to go deeper in the field of data science and analytics to be well equipped with both soft and hard skills. My course is taught by industry people who can help us relate to the work we would need to know rather than just bookish knowledge.
College life is an enriching experience. I would encourage students to befriend people from other nationalities and not give in to groupism. Whatever happens in life, focus on the money you and your family are putting into this degree and never stray from that.
The coursework of the degree and course that I have selected perfectly aligns with my interest. Moreover, the location of the university is in the prime area of Boston, mainly a hub of opportunities where you can grow and gain experience while studying. Also, the university has a CO-OP option which allows a student to intern with a company for a certain duration and also has credits for that. It really impacts your job profile after your graduation. The university provides various services for students and it is really fun to study at Northeastern. The weather experienced in Boston is also perfect in definition as you can enjoy each type of weather here and is it a great place to live in.
