Rowan University English Test Minimums

2. Complete the application form with personal details, educational history, and program choice.
3. Upload transcripts, degree certificate, English test score, passport bio page, and financial-support statement.
4. Add two academic recommendation contacts for PG programs (UG requires one counsellor recommendation).
5. Submit the Statement of Purpose (500 to 750 words) and CV where the program requires them.
6. Pay the application fee of USD 45 (around INR 4,308) for UG or USD 65 (INR 6,223) for PG on the Rowan Applicant Portal.
7. Submit the application and track status via the applicant dashboard.
8. Respond to any document requests from the Office of International Admissions within the review period.
