My college review

Infrastructure classes sports ground wifi coaches teacher and hostel infrastructure are too good the things that need improvement is canteen food quality and menu dishes to be increased also the attendance strictness need to be reduced
Students from all part of India come together and new people are met and new ideas come and new things are learned together as they come together and work in committee a place where students interact with each other
The teachers are well trained and well qualified most of them are passed from nlus and had done phd, they provide ppts and teach on blackboard too each subject is taught from bareact and students are prepared for future

Dislikes

The canteen can be improved the quality is not upto the mark and menu is very limited as they don’t allow us to go outside the campus so the menu needs to be increased
Attendance is 80% which is a lot of burden on students and they get debared and have to repeat the year which is waste of time
There is no carry of subject if you fail you’ve to give te exam and if you fail in that you’ve to repeat the year

Placement Experience:

Student becomes eligible for Campus placement are from 5th year the companies that visited are like Mahindra etc and student who applied for placement most of them got placed the average package is 2 lakhs and highest is 10lakhs

Faculties are very helpful and guide you
Campus life is very exciting and fun.We celebrate all festivals.

Dislikes

Mandatory attendance of 80 percent is very frustrating

Yes there is a placement cell designed which gives placement to students for internships as well as job.Companies like Tech Mahindra,Singhania LLP has offered job for student but one should not depend

A Robust NMIMS

Likes

The facutly and the seniors are really generous.
The infrastructure is well-developed and no lack of any sort of facility.
Cleanliness and maintenance of the campus

Dislikes

Groupism among students deteriorates cooperative environment a bit.
Attendance criteria bars students from getting the practical exposure they require.
More emphasis on theory than practical application.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well-designed by Mumbai campus which runs uniformly throughout all the campuses. It is well-structured dividing the number of modules in each subject's course outline as per their credit and also clearly specified number of lectures supposed to be dedicated for each module.

NMIMS SOL is heart and soul!

Likes

NMIMS SOL is the sole of law and also is the heart of any law aspirants in Indore as it is that goated.
Our girls hostel are so good that the entire building is bustling all night.
We are allowed to roam in the campus till 2 am.

Dislikes

Very and very strict attendance here as 80% is the minimum attendance criteria here.

Last year over 50% students were placed and also in 2027, we will have direct placements to MP High court as deals have been inked. So by the time our turn comes in 2028, our placements will be more handy and hopefully better firms too start coming.

NMIMS - An incredible place for your legal journey.

Likes

Trained and experienced faculties teaching.
The overall infrastructure and administration.
All the major festivals are being celebrated with full enthusiasm and also the great annual fest which happens at large scale.

Dislikes

80% attendance is mandate. If you gave fake medical documents to grant attendance they have a very strong network, they'll enquire all whether it's true or not.
Discipline and proper dress code is mandate. Smart casuals are allowed but it doesn't meant you wear anything.

Placement Experience:

NMIMS Indore has a good record of placements with an annual package for a fresher being 6-8 Lacs and highest package being offered is 16 lac per annum. Also, reputed law firms i.e., Tier-1 and Tier-2 law firms visits our campus for placements.

NMIMS SOL is a solid law college!

Likes

The top thing about our campus is its ambiance.
Even through our faculties are strict but at timea they are friendly too.
Though we have less clubs but all are growth oriented and professional.

Dislikes

Hostels for no reasons have been made mandatory and are overpriced without any doubts.

NMIMS SOL don't have a central placements system as here it's more like the firm's operating in MP or the top highcourt law firms of Bhopal High Court are the ones who come for recruitment. Due to NMIMS tag we get placements not many but yes still enough to ensure that majority of students are placed from here.

NMIMS SOL is outstanding!

Likes

Beautiful campus and beautiful sports facilities as both are amazing here.
Apart from quality studies our campus also provides quality extra-curricular activities too.
Even the students committees which are newly formed are as good as anything.

Dislikes

Events are organized every week and that makes our already hectic schedule more hectic.

At our campus, students stands eligible in the final year or rather a year before the final year. Most students already have placements in hand if they have done meaningful intenrships. As of now the average for law school NMIMS is 5-6 LPA and I know it's low compared to other branches of NMIMS.

NMIMS SOL is Beautiful!

Very dominant academics as they rule the campus life here.
For the contribution of faculties they never let the pressure on students.
Credit should be given to the placements cell for even though ours is a new campus but placements have progressed at our campus.

Dislikes

A little disrespectful management I felt as sometimes our issues are ignore as if they don't matter to them.

Currently the placements cell is trying hard to look after th School of Law and management school placements are much better. No tier-1 firm for law students as of now but certainly we do have a lot of demand in corporate from campus placements.

NMIMS SOL Indore has a naturally beautiful campus!

Definitely a residential campus of a level upper than NLUs.
Learning not just in class walls bu beyond that too is provided.
Not just NLAT but even CLAT scores are accepted and ranks upto 15000 can avail admission here.

Dislikes

Attendance of 80% is mandatory and therefore one can't do intenrships inbetween.

The placement cell of NMIMS Indore takes care of all its department. Pan India jobs and internships are provided and every help that a college on its own head fan do, does that to make sure we get secured jobs right from the campus. Unlike top NLUs the average placements here are low but still better than 95% of the law colleges in India.
