At our campus, students stands eligible in the final year or rather a year before the final year. Most students already have placements in hand if they have done meaningful intenrships. As of now the average for law school NMIMS is 5-6 LPA and I know it's low compared to other branches of NMIMS.

Pan India jobs and internships are provided and every help that a college on its own head fan do, does that to make sure we get secured jobs right from the campus. Unlike top NLUs the average placements here are low but still better than 95% of the law colleges in India.

Khaitan & Co, The Solicitors and MP High Court Law Firms as most have been hired for MP state firms only. National level law firms and corporate are yet to join hands but once it happens placement percentage which was 60 in 2024-25, will shoot to 80+ and avarage placement which were 6 lakhs will shoot to 12 lakhs a year.

The students are eligible to sit for placement from last semister of their course. Different and reputated companies such as Grand Thornton , Delloit etc. along with other big financial companies last year that is in 2023 highest package was 24 lakh and placement is not 100% . My plans after this degree is if I get placed then I'll have some experience in the corporate world otherwise and then side by side prepare for CAT or GMAT and if not placed I'll aim for IIM and colleges of GMAT

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students get eligible for placements but the placements never happen much because nobody wants it as the average package is around 300000 and people spend around 10-12 lakhs for their degree without including hostel. 95% of people belong from business families, people either plan on joining family business or getting a master's degree from abroad or an MBA from India. Still there was a 2% placement rate last year 5 people got 300000 package out of ab batch of 189 students out of which highest package was 350000. My plan was also the same pursuing MBA after my graduation.

The placements are not good so far. As of this year only two companies came out of which one was providing package of 14 LPA but it did not select any student and the other one was rejected by college itself as it was providing package of 4LPA.

One of my friends is part of the institute and speaks highly of it. Here are the various objectives of NMIMS, Indore that you should know.

At present, it is emerging as a preferred campus for students to pursue Executive Education in India.
It has been recognized to have established a center of excellence for Business Analytics, Technology Management, and Infrastructure Management.
The School of Commerce, Science, Law, Economics, Engineering, and Pharmacy are some of the recent establishments of the institute.
It is trying to set up a conducive research environment and also helps foster collaborative research with the several industrial sectors, the government, and NGOs.

NMIMS is known for its Mumbai campus. However, the placement of the Indore campus has been also good. In their first placement drive, the highest salary recorded was INR 18 LPA, while the average stood at INR 11.53 LPA.
