Every year the event is celebrated with great enthusiasm and many top artists like salim merchant and baadshah has performed at our college.
The placement is overall good the highest package is 50 lakh and the average placement is 9 lakh the internship are also good super dream offers are available here that are above 10 lakh .
Students are rewarded with scholarships for merit or if they come from backward classes.

Dislikes

No scholarship in this course, fees is moderate, college transportation is tough way and bit costly,it is middle of nowhere , campus jobs are not effective, only placements that are decent,no financial assistance
There is average placement opportunities in vit college many huge companies will come and do their respective placements but the companies offers only low package jobs because due the common problem in the world is recession
The fee you have to pay if you fail an exam is very high. its 6,000 per subject.

Know before joining VIT AP

Likes

Considering campus life, it is very good. You get a lot of exposure and can make friends for life with those who match your vibe.
The college gives same importance to sports and cultural activities as well which is very nice.
The placement and internship oppurtunities are great. If you have a good CGPA you can get all whatever you want.

Dislikes

The classrooms doesn't have an AC which makes it difficult to attend classes in summer. There is construction going on always which makes it difficult at times to focus on your work.
The sports ground is a bit small and hard to find place to place at peak hours.Also the equipment college provides isn't sufficient you need to have your own.
The CGPA is very hard to maintain to get good placements, this is something I dislike as it is very hard to maintain that 9 CGPA always.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. There is above 90% placement. You might get placed in a small company but yoy will get placed. The college proides placement oppurtunity based on your CGPA. You need to maintain your CGPA above 8.5. Highest package here is 1cr and average packafe is 1800000.
