Every year the event is celebrated with great enthusiasm and many top artists like salim merchant and baadshah has performed at our college.
The placement is overall good the highest package is 50 lakh and the average placement is 9 lakh the internship are also good super dream offers are available here that are above 10 lakh .
Students are rewarded with scholarships for merit or if they come from backward classes.

Dislikes

No scholarship in this course, fees is moderate, college transportation is tough way and bit costly,it is middle of nowhere , campus jobs are not effective, only placements that are decent,no financial assistance
There is average placement opportunities in vit college many huge companies will come and do their respective placements but the companies offers only low package jobs because due the common problem in the world is recession
The fee you have to pay if you fail an exam is very high. its 6,000 per subject.

vit ap review

Likes

campus area is really good and course structure is really good
we can select our own timetable and faculty
sports facilities are good and food street is also well organised

Dislikes

hostel facilities are very bad and mess food is horrible
campus is under contruction so lot of disturbance
some of the faculties are very bad in teaching

From 4th semester students are eligible for internships and from 6th semester students are eligible for placements.vit has centralised placements so all major mncs visit vit campus.highest package in vit ap is 63 lpa and average package is 14.4 lpa

Life in VIT AP

Likes

Good faculty and neat buildings and a nice playground
Great infrastructure and a pleasant place for a student
And all the equipment is avaliable in the labs

Dislikes

The security it too tight for a student to emerge
The food in canteen needed to be improved and prices are too high
Some faculty need to be changed some fo them are lack of subject

Placement Experience:

The placements are pretty good for students highly talented but for an average student it is a bit difficult for me iam a average student iam planning to take my masters in foreign and settle there if i dont get a placement in campus

Vit adventures

Likes

I like the teaching of the subject . And the classrooms also looks good
I like the campus because it looks very clean .
The infrastructure of the campus is soo good and there is soo much freedom for sports

Dislikes

I sometimes don't like the nature of the people in this college
I don't like the prices in the campus . It's vit expensive when compared to outside
I don't like sometimes food in hostel taste

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester all students become eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies visited like Microsoft , Accenture, Zomato etc ... Approximately 80% will get jobs in campus placements. At present the highest placement was 3400000

Vit ap life

Likes

In our college they are so many facilities like sports.
The mess food was good here they will maintain a diet fruits will also be available
We can choose faculty and class timings here

Dislikes

The hostels in CB are bad compared to mh hostels
There is no proper dress code here it's uneasy
The costs of food items available here are expensive compared to outside in canteens and stalls

Vit pros and cons

Likes

The food here is amazing and also sometimes home made like.
The faculties respond to all the doubts and the questions related to any of the course materials.
The campus is big and still under development so that is a plus side of having new things regularly.

Dislikes

The campus is huge but there are avoidable things that can be removed to make it a bit easy.
Some faculties are rude to the questions asked and students rarely do mention it to the head of faculties.
The hostel food sometimes is not up to the mark.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for sitting in placements after 7th semester and it is a one campus placement. The average package is 14 lacks and highest on campus placement is 81 lacks. I plan to sit in the campus placements as well depending on the companies and positions i want to be in.

Likes

Most faculties are helpful Regarding any project and academic help.
The course material that most faculties provide is good enough for you to study on your own as well.
The campus interaction is enough to ensure that you can get help from most the students.

Dislikes

The campus is under construction and this obstructs the campus life.
Just some faculties are arrogant enough to score you on their own basis.
The co-ed interaction between students is less as their is PDA on even handshakes.

Placement Experience:

My college holds a one place placement for all it's branches and the placement rates are 98 percent. Most of the important tech companies such as apple, amazon, Google and others are present at the placements.

MY EXPERIENCE IN VIT AP AS A FINAL YEAR STUDENT

Likes

There are good faculties u can find if u want to do some research
The issue of any important documents is convenient and quick
The hostel is free from ragging, drugs or any other substances. They maintain what they claim, ragging free and drug free campus.

Dislikes

Hostel management is very poor when it comes to room allotment, even the hostel registrations are bad.
The course registration is first come first serve and they give you a choice to make ur own timetable and choose ur own faculty. But the website to host this has a very bad design and it can't handle the heavy traffic, affecting course registration
The university should add a bit more area for extra circulars and sports

Placement Experience:

The campus placements in VIT AP are a thing to debate about. While am not the right person to comment on this as , I am opting for foreign studies. From what i see , its not bad. You might land a job if you actually try. You need good cgpa and good skills to land a job. Highest package last year was 60 lpa only for one female. Average was 7-8 lpa. Least being 4-5 lpa.

The Life in VIT-AP

Likes

A group of students having a mentor (teacher) who they can reach out to for anything
Engagement with campus life is good. Hostels and all
There is an app in which we have everything we need like when the next class is, etc.

Dislikes

Fees is high if you go through viteee exam and fees is low if you go through ap-eamcet
Food is sometimes good, sometimes bad. And also the network is slow sometimes

Placement Experience:

The placements are weak in this campus as this is a new campus and from past 3-4 years placements are not good in most of the campuses, the highest package from this campus was around 20LPA, other than that the average package is 6LPA. This campus actually gives us a good opportunity that is if we get a minimum of 9CGPA, they would put us under "Dream Offer" which gives us a minimum of 12LPA placement. If I get placed with dream offer I would accept and work but if I don't, I plan on pursuing masters abroad.

I like the college campus and Greenery everywhere
Hostels are also good 👍 nice infrastructure

The college is little strict and they high fees for any punishment

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests

VIT AP in a nutshell

Likes

Our campus has ffcs which stands for fully flexible credit system through which we can design our own degree
Our campus is completely ragging free and anything of such may lead him to suspension of 1 semester
The boys to girls ratio is almost 1:1 in our campus

Dislikes

Campus is so far from any near town which makes it difficult to reach campus
Campus usually starts late for first year students when compared to other vit campuses and to cover this holidays are reduced and the syllabus is rushed in the first yeat

Placement Experience:

If no campus placement is offered we can pursue mba and since this a computer course along side buisness we can even get into banking stuff of accounting computer science and busines system open doors for vast opportunities
