The admission procedure in my college was easy. The candidate, after registering online or offline and submitting the required documents, is selected on the basis of either the previous examination results or is required to give a written entrance exam.

I have always had an interest in Condensed Matter Physics and Diamond Harbour Women's College had a very good research paper on it. I had to apply online with my B.Sc Physics CGPA and then I waited for the merit list, in which I found my name.

I have always been an English aficionado and also did my Bachelors in the subject. I wanted to pursue my M.A at a college close to home and Diamond Harbour was the best option! We just had to apply with our B.A marks.

Students who want to take admission in M.A have to fill out an application form for admission.The eligibility criteria is that the student seeking admission must have passed his/her Bachelor's with minimum of 55% marks.

The environment of the college is really good for students.Its a safe place for girls and the seniors are very helpful.They guide us and help us with everything.There a lot of opportunities for a student to grow in the college.

DHWU has given me the best experience. All staff is so supportive. The college environment is so energetic and fresh. My classmates were also amazing. In a really cheap fee college gave us so many faculties. Support every student in need. I am happy that I joined DHWU.

I had filled out an admission form where all the details needed to be filled and documents needed to be attached, which will further be verified and personally evaluated by the college. The merit list will be released on the basis of this evaluation.

Apart from the non presence of the placement authorities, our college has almost every facility for the students. The main advantage of our college is the availability of education for the economically backward category of students.
