The college faculty is highly qualified, with all members holding Ph.D. degrees and over 10 years of experience, some with dual degrees. They are industry-oriented, ensuring students are prepared for competitive exams and motivated for research and new ideas. Faculty members have experience in MNCs and stock exchanges, contributing to their excellent knowledge in their fields.

However, issues with attendance management and some faculty members not conducting classes regularly are noted. Despite this, the overall teaching approach is appreciated for being clear and supportive, with teachers serving as mentors and motivators.
