Remarks:

I am alumni of the college. I graduated in 2018. When i was in my first year the student politics was really strong in the campus which led to frequent clashes between various student political organisations. Nowadays no such issues exist in the college.

Remarks:

It is one of the beautiful place i have ever been. Its very green in rainy season, red in summer and yellow in autumn. The only negative thing i can tell about is the scarcity of water in summer. And also due to poor water carrying infrastructure the pipe which carry water frequently breaks. This lead to scarcity of water.

Tkm college of engineering is the best engineering college at kollam. Usually people says that it is the best college after cet Trivandrum. It is the first built self-financed college at kerala.it looks like Mysore palace

Positive- Good Infrastructure and highly qualified faculties, Affordable fees even for the poorest, Located inside the city, Supportive in arts and sports, Admission process is fully on the basis of merit and Negative is Student Politics.

Remarks:

Best aided college in kerela with 2 nd ranking all over kerela. We have good lab and machine facilities to aid student's needs. They promote social and cultural education along with the syllabus.

The college has good atmosphere good campus and facilities which is enough for a newcomer and meet his goals in life.Negative aspect is that the political background of college better to stay away from political parties.

Remarks:

Best college.All kinds of events you can think of are present in gect. Last year the tech fest was biggest in Kerala with lot of high profile celibrities attending and performing at the event. Also lot of sports events are conducted here

Only average for studying. There no opportunity to enjoy your college life or develop your extracurricular activities. There are no good celebrations or events held in the college. The placement is bad.

Anna University is ranked as follows:

The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. 

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
