This college is renowned college and it is nearer to my home. As a friend of my father, who is in education department, said that to get jobs computer science or electrical may be best options. As per my marks I cannot get computer science. So I go for electrical.

It is one of the Best government engineering college in Odisha and it was close to my house. Also it was my first choice of selection and i got the same branch that i chose. This college has also became autonomous college.

The college is situated at a crucial location, i.e. Bhubaneswar which is the capital of Odisha. Many companies come to Bhubaneswar for recruitment although the salary and other benefits are comparatively less than other states.

Actually it's in my native place as well as i loved the way of teaching,infrastructure,less peer pressure,no ragging,vast area as well as well academic background.I also liked the area where it is located and my friends also took admission in that college. The college also provides better practical facilities.
