- The teachers and faculty of SBSSTC are very experienced, and they use skilled and effective methods to teach the students.
- There is an industrial training for engineering students in their 8th semester. In our department, too, the training is in the 8th semester. You have to apply on your own for internships and stuff like that.
- In the year 2015, 15 students were placed in Rockmain Company, and the placement incharge always tried to do their best for the students.
Dislikes
- There was hardly any focus and effort reflected in getting places for students of other disciplines.
- The hostel buildings are old and repairs are constantly ongoing. The number of hostel rooms is very limited, with each room accommodating four students. Only two fans are provided for each room. The food in the hostel mess is of very poor quality.
- Not a practical approach for students belonging to engineering or other departments too. Local languages are all over, even when we face classes in Punjabi language for electrical machines; it was terrible. College management was also about 70% unhelpful.

The placemnet was good.
There was various recruitment drive going on this college. Companies like sonalika. Infosys, tcs, wipso, capegamini came for hiring.Approx 70% staudenst got places in cse branch. My plans are to do the job.

- Sometime the electricity issue and weather
- In mess you will only get veg food no nonveg food
- If you get internship before 8th sem you will not be allowed to leave campus

From the 7th semester students become eligible for placement for full-time jobs. And before that students can apply for internships. The average package is 4lpa and almost 90% of students get placed in mncs like wipro, infosys, continental, tcs, and vvdn.

Various companies visit the campus but It has low placement offered almost it has 10% placement and offers a package of 30000 per month.
And my plans after BTech is to do an MBA abroad for a good future and for nice salary packages.

Viproo Indian army Pvt department companies etc are come to my college
Companies offer 5-8 lakh per annum but only single students get 8 lakh highest package

If you know you are a good students who can balance academics as well as the numerous bucket of opportunities then this place belongs to you. You just need to give you best and the best will come to you. Also the transporation facility is there and it is free of cost.

Frankly speaking there are both positive as well as negative the positive is that this college provides the world class education to students at a very genuine price and students from the differnt place come to apply for this college

Must include some experience professional and instead of going to attend all lectures and boring assignment we need to focused only for coding and business ideas and startups which will help to get a job a business and will provide job to others and also can provide services to end users.

AIEEE examination has to be given to get admission in this college. Although, direct admissions also take place after the counselings of AIEEE are done with.

I gave the test of IIT JEE, my score was 114 marks which came out to be 1,15,387 AIR , I liked the environment of this college.
