I Filled up form online. My name was in 1st merit list. They provided a date on which I had to take admission for the course on that date. I had to verify several documents like results, ID proof, age proof, address proof.

I didn't have a good review about the college when I started my College Life. But during my college days , I found out that my thought was completely wrong and the College is really high esteemed and should always remain as the top notch colleges of Kolkata. The faculties are really helpful through the undergraduate tenure and you will always get them beside you whenever you need them.

The required persentage was 70% for general and 55% for sc ST and OBC. I applied for physics honers and my number was there in the merit list. The i was called by the college to get admission and by paying some admission fee i got admission

It is one of the best colleges in West Bengal. It may not have the best faculties but the teacher-student relationship is at its best and very well managed hostels which helps you to give the maximum effort on study.

No, my college is very good. All can get admission easily. Teachers are really good principle is also good. All faculties are available. Teaching room is in good condition. Games are available. Food in cheap rate available.

Surendranath Day College have strong Political hold so fir your not serious then they ask you to go for rallies and holding placard and raise slogan. So if you walk on right direction then you also have move in right path.

Other than the early morning classes I haven't come across any bad reviews about this college. It was and still is one of the oldest and prestigious colleges in Kolkata.

he college management is average. Though there are some very honestand helpful people but some are rude and corrupt.The official processes are time consuming and often delayed which can cause a bit of inconvinience.

Positive remarks is I feel that the college really give pressure on study like school. We had to complete the home work daily. But negative is maximum student involved in politics. They start to attend the political mitting and rally.

My college is a college of excellence and a heritage college. It stresses on the need for discipline and advocates its students to do the same. Other than that, the staff and faculty are quite helpful and down to earth. Overall, this is a life you would wish for.
