UPES B.Tech Fees
The B.Tech Intelligent Robotics and Automation program at UPES falls under the Stream-II (Non-CS) fee category. The total academic fee for the 4-year program is INR 12,59,000, comprising tuition fees of INR 7,60,000 and academic service fees of INR 4,99,000. In addition to the academic fee, students are required to pay one-time and annual charges including the Personality Development Course (PDC) fee, Training and Certification fee, and other administrative charges. - The refundable security deposit of INR 20,000 is interest-free and returned at the time of leaving the university.
- An additional refundable hostel security deposit of INR 10,000 is payable at the time of hostel registration.
- Hostel facility is optional and available on a first-come, first-served basis separately for boys and girls.
- The PDC fee of INR 23,300 is payable in two installments: half at admission and half in the penultimate semester.
- Technology fee of INR 3,800 per semester is charged for the first year; subsequent year amounts are communicated with semester fee invoices.
- Fee payment schedule: Semester 1 at the time of admission; Semester 2 by January 2, 2027; Semester 3 by July 10, 2027; Semester 4 by January 2, 2028; and so on.
- Taxes and levies, if any, imposed by Central/State/Local authorities shall be borne by the student.
