The fame and name of the college and also greenery of the campus. Our college has a good infrastructure, and most of the facilities are good. The practical service of the college is very good, and medical and dispensary are also available on the campus. The college also has a hostel facility. Faculty members of our college are very good, and they have a lot of experience in the agriculture field. The course syllabus is very good as we get to learn always new content. They also make students industry and business-ready, and teachers are also very helpful.

I chose Govind ballabh pant university of agriculture and technology pantnagar because I wanted a well-rounded education with the opportunity to sample courses from many different departments before I found my calling. It's the first agriculture university of India.campus size of this university also drove my attention.And it's the biggest university in my state.

The college have residential facilities available which makes every students of the class to live in the same environment and conditions. The Professor of this University are highly experienced and hardworking. They try their best to shape their students in the best form they can.

Its a Technical course providing practical exposure, includes internship in the last semester of degree programme. GBPUA&T is a very reputed and exemplary University in fields of agriculture. It has its specialty in providing practical knowledge rather than theoretical. Our course food technology also give us an exposure to various machines their operations and how we can enhance the shelf life of any food product.

Best agricultural university. Infrastructure is quite good. Hotels and mess facilties are also good. College has many societies like chetna, SPIC MACAY, E Cell, e.t.c which give us platform to explore ourself. Teachers are very helpful. Facilities are up to the mark. Environment is favourable for study. Library is very helpful as it contain each and every book of our need.

The main key factors that made me choose this university was it's the first agriculture university to be established in india with overall NIRF ranking of 52 and was awarded with best university of uttrakhand in 2017 and apart from that it has huge attractive campus with good infrastructure.

Pantnagar University became a significant force in the development and transfer of High Yielding Variety seeds and related technology. The Mexican wheat varieties, developed by Norman Borlaug were tested in Pantnagar and locally adaptable selections, like Pantnagar Kalyan Sona and other improved varieties were released for farmers. The university utilised its 16,000 acres of land to launch one of the largest seed production programs at that time, under the brand name Pantnagar Seeds, which became a household name in rural India. The contribution of the university was recognised by Norman Borlaug, who described Pantnagar as "Harbinger of Green Revolution". Therefore it is a pleasure for me to study in top 3rd agricultural university of India, one of the biggest university of Asia and obviously as stated by Norman Borlaug the university who fed the whole India by generating seeds of wheat i. e. The Harbinger of Green Revolution.
