Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are helpful and always willing to solve queries not only related to subjects but also with carrier and choosing the right path which interests you. In first year courses are very basic only in third year it gets inclined toward food and technology related aspects.

Class Size: 24Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement are few some companies do visit but with very few salary packages that's the very basic reason why most of the students are not even bothered to sit for placements, only in fews get placed right after the graduation

College Events

Campus life is fun only if you reside in hostels other wise it can get boring that's the reason almost every one opt for hostel even if someone is resident of pantnagar. Night life is fun and is only source of relief from hectic 9-4 classes schedule

Campus Life

Campus is really big and spread in acres and library is the best thing about the campus which serves as a heart of pantnagar. Lab are need to be maintained regularly as some of the equipment are really old and are not been modified as some of them are from 1960's from the day the university is established.

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is quite good as various companies from all over the country show up at DBS for the internships and placements such as HDFC, Deloitte, Haffele, TCS etc. There are barely any student who dont get placed. As for my plans after getting my bachelor's degree is to either work for a good company if and when i get placed otherwise definitely grab the offer for the masters degree in management.

Our college has a very good placement ratio and placement also depends on the economy and industry that year and a lot lf other factor but if you have a CGPA of above 8 you are moat likely to get placed. The highest package ranges from 2-3 crores and average goes around 13lpa. I am currently planning to do an MBA after graduation from a foreign university moat likely Harvard.
