Fees and Financial Aid:

The Fee for non reservation students is around 106500 per semster which includes tution fees and other facility fees, tution fees is 1,00,000 and the other aminities fees is 6500. For reservation students there is no tution fees and they have to pay only 6500. All students have to pay a mess fees of 15000 rupees and it is according to the diet a particular student takes. There is a scholarship programme too for the economically weaker studens.

This year I paid total of ?228242 It's my first year here's the breakdown 1st semester - Mess fee - 15000 Academic fees- 91965 (includes hostel rent and admission fees and all extra charges) I am a general male candidate with no scholarships or fee remissions this is the full fee structure..... The few structure is same for GEN/OBC/EWSs/QIP For SC/ST/GEN-PD/OBC-PD/SC-PD/ST-PD The overall academic fees for one semester is ?6050 + mess charge(as it is) The fees will remain constant for throughout the academics for all semester except for X semester for IDD students the semester fees will be ?16350

IIT BHU- the exploration

I will be paying around 2.2 lakhs per year and extra 30k for mess which include 500 examination,200 registration, 1000 gymkhana, 150 festival, 300 medical, 200 utilities and 2k for campus development. SC,ST,PWD- exempted from tuition fees, EWS have to pay 33% of the tuition fee

The curriculum is little bit hectic but we got holidays on Saturday and Sunday . The infrastructure for the department is traditionally old type but hostel are newly furnished.

The fee strucutre for IIT BHU varies according to the branch and category . I had optes mathematical sciences at IIT BHU which is an IDD 5 year program and had no scholarship , the free structure is listed below:- 1.Tution fee- Rs.100000/- 2. Hostel fees which includes Mess charges , Hostelseat rent ,Hostel development fund ,hostel caution money, electrical/water charges is around Rs.35750/- 3. other which includes admission fee, library caution money,etc is around Rs.5750/-

The fees of Btech +Mtech course is 2 lakh 15000 per year. Students who's parents income is less than 5 lakh per annum are provided with various government scholarships. Other charges include mess charges.

The structure provided to us was well described and good and self explanatory. There are KAF-81 which is available to students and also some state scholarships are also available to the students. Other scholarships depends on the individuals.

As i am having reservation my college fee including mess and college and hostel fee is around 70000. For gen and non reserved students fee is around 212000, per year. I got fee waiver from our college only due to which i can pay lesser fee.

IIT BHU - A DREAM COLLEGE

Here each semester has tuition fees of nearly 1.2 lakhs and various scholarships are available for other categories and also for the EWS section. In addition to this senior students even work as teaching assistants to help professors and also check exam papers and revision classes.

The experience of MnC branch at IIT BHU

Fee structure for course per semester is 1.15 lakh with 15k hostel fees. The complete cost would be around 13-14 lakhs. THERE ARE NO SCHOLORSHIPS FOR GENERAL STUDENTS HERE. Currently i have not yaken part in intership process

The fees is static and it does not change. The complete cost of education for 5 years would be about 10-12 lakhs plus about 1.5 lacs if u opt for the hostels. There are different scholarships also available under the name of need for means where ews and sc st gets scholarship
