IIT BHU Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

IIT BHU is one of the best engineering colleges in our country. So its placements are certainly good. The placements are slightly better for B.Techs, but even M.Techs receive ample opportunities. The placements are above 90% for CS, IT,EXTC, and core specializations. 

If you get a chance to become a part of IIT BHU, you should definitely consider joining. However, for that, you’ll need a good GATE score. Apart from the placements, its academics will polish your knowledge and learning.

During the 2023 placements for the Pharmaceutical branch at IIT BHU, the placement percentage was 69.77%. The highest package stood at INR 50 LPA and the average package stood at INR 21.96 LPA. The median package stood at INR 17.25 LPA.
