IIT BHU offers a variety of scholarships for its meritorious & needy students and the students belonging to SC/ST category to promote seamless education among the students enrolled in the UG and PG programs offered by IIT BHU. Some of the most popular scholarships offered at the institute are mentioned below.
The National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education are specially designated to the students belonging from the Scheduled Tribes and are pursuing higher studies such as M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees in Sciences, Humanities & Social Sciences and Engineering & Technology in the regular and full-time mode. Also, about 750 slots of the scholarships/fellowships under this scheme are offered to the students of ST every year for all the subjects.

For sc ans st course fee is zero , they have to pay only hostel fee and some charges like examination fee, Gymkhana fee , etc For general and OBC it is based on income If family income is more than 5 lakh then you have to pay 100000 course fee per semester And between 1-5 lakh income then you will have to pay 33000 course fee per semester If your family income less than 1 lakh then your course fee will be zero There is no scholarship others than income based division of course fee . Hostel fee be same for everyone for each category.

The fee structure of IIT BHU is like the tuition fees arounds roughly to 2LPA for a general category student and it has scholarships for all students especially the SC/STs and they also have no fees to pay

This college requires at least 10 to 12 lakh for 4 years. One can get remissions in fees in a lot of ways this college offers fees remission for students which have annual income less than 5 lakh and also to schedule cast and scheduled tribe candidates this also offers various types of scholarships such as States scholarships and foundations scholarships

The yearly fees is based on caste system as well as income . For general category you have to pay 1.5 lakh irrespective of your income. For obc category, there are further two divisions: Income less than 1 lakh per annum Income between 1-5 lakh per annum. SC category students have to pay no academic fee .

This year I paid total of ?228242 It's my first year here's the breakdown 1st semester - Mess fee - 15000 Academic fees- 91965 (includes hostel rent and admission fees and all extra charges) I am a general male candidate with no scholarships or fee remissions this is the full fee structure..... The few structure is same for GEN/OBC/EWSs/QIP For SC/ST/GEN-PD/OBC-PD/SC-PD/ST-PD The overall academic fees for one semester is ?6050 + mess charge(as it is) The fees will remain constant for throughout the academics for all semester except for X semester for IDD students the semester fees will be ?16350

Tution fees is 100000 per semester then additional some 6000 for library, medical insurance and all that and then 15000 mess fees per semester... If your parents income is between 2-5LPA then you only pay 33% tution fees And if it is less than 1 LPA then you don't have to pay tution fees at all... Also there are many scholarships available too...
Year wise fees is 250000. Tuition fees is 200000 and rest is hostel and mess fees. Tuition fees is extemped for students belonging to SC and ST category. Rest of the batchmates has to pay the tuition fees. 2/3rd remission is given for those whose parental income is less than 100000. There are a few scholarships also such as NSP, UP etc.

The yearly fee is about 212700 including all, but the fee for sc /st is very less about 12000 per year ,also They easily get scholarship but the general students did't able to avail scholarship easily , I personally didn't like this system
