- i liked the environment of the college not many vehicles and polution at most extent fresh air and there are many trees , good greenery
- very rich and good culture is preserved here and the campus is very beautifuland architecture is of 19th century
Dislikes
- compare too other IITs this college lacks in many other things
- the thing that i hated the most is open campus of this college
Fees and Financial Aid:
the fee for 1 year is approximately 210000 rupees and there isless fee for sc and st candidates and the admission is 30000 and it is taken at the time of josaa councelling and the tution fees of sc and st canditates is zero
Likes
- The coding culture is is magnificent. Almost 90% of the placement are in Non-core (IT) Sector
- Institute has high world class labs and R&D opportunities to give to interested students. Professor have a lot in R&D.
Dislikes
- College is not closed campus. Which result in a small lack of security.
- Lack of AC in lecture theatre and common hall.

For general Category, the fees per semmeter is approx 106625. For reserved category they receive special schlorship, hence resulting in less fees. You get ample of opertunities to apply for scholarship in this intitute. The course fee remains same, it does not increase. You get mail for big schlorship like tata institute, up government schlorship,etc. You can easily get a loan from bank for very cheap interest if you get into this university

All of the information related to fee structure and scholarship programmes is available on the official website of IIT BHU. Moreover, once you enter into college all the information is provided to you via emails which are sent on a regular basis by a student body called 'SAKHA'.

The fee structure is 106350 rupees for general students whose parents income is more than 5 lakhs. Students whose income is less than 1 lakh no need to pay tution fee. Whose income is between 1lakh to 5 lakh need to pay 30% of tution fee. Our institute accepts every kind of scholarship most students apply for scholarship named NSP.

fee structure is first for academic and then for hostel. it is about 200000 per year including everything. for people facing economic issues , they can apply for scholarships through applications shared.

There is no hike for tution fee it will be same for a decade. It is about 106350 rupees for general students. We can apply for scholarship most of the state scholarships can be applied and the college will accept it. Most famous scholarship is named NSP.

I would say that the fees is a little high for general ctegory taking in account that it is a government institution. There is a big difference in fee structure for category rank students( 20% of general fees)

Fees is around 2.5 lakhs a year for general candidate having family income more than 5 lakhs a year. And for others it is less. Enough scholarship opportunities are given to every student. College have a well established training and placement cell.

- As of my last update in january 2022,specific details about the fee hike policy and the cost of studying Mechanical Engineering Integerated Dual Degree (IDD) at IIT (BHU) Varanasi may have changed. -I am a fresher so cannot say about jobs at this moment.

Scholarship facility is also available for sc, st, obc & EWS candidates. The academic fee for general candidates is 210000(approx) and the hostel fee is 24000 approx for all candidates. The fee is not so high.
