Students seeking admission to B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Planning courses can apply online through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The last date to apply is November 22, 2024. Only the top 2.5 lakh JEE Main 2025 qualified candidates will be eligible to sit for JEE Advanced 2025 (conducted for engineering admission to IITs).

- the placement of iit bhu ranges from 20lpa to 40 lpa on an average , which is quite good as compared to other colleges.
- You get number of societies for your overall development.

- the infrastructure is not so good ,as it can be expected from a iit.

In IITs, you have to pay the semester fees of 1lakh rupees , and other fees will depends on the other benifits. like in iit bhu you have to pay of total of 1,06,750 of total fees with addition of 15000 of mess fees per semester

- First of all it is a IIT so it has the best placements than other colleges.
- Academics is lighter than other iit's and its chill pill

- Campus has hostels which look like very old
- IIT BHU is an open campus so it doesn't feel good
Fees and Financial Aid:
The tution fees for students having more than 8 lacs family income is 1lac for each iit. The charges for hostel is 6350 and for mess it is 15000. Based on your family's income you can get financial aid and there are some other scholarships also.
Likes
- The culture here between seniors and juniors is very good. There is no ragging involved and the seniors here are way too helpful. They would help their juniors in all aspects be it academic or career related or sometimes personal life also.
- The open campus of this college has its own pros and cons. Talking about the pros we get easy access to all the things outside the campus and can visit places during emergencies or just for visiting. We don't have to take permission and do all those.
Dislikes
- In the first place infrastructure. Considering the fact that the college is a part of the prestigious university BHU which is century old, infrastructure of the college is not that good. Except for some labs there are no ACs anywhere in campus.
- The opportunities for reasearch seems to be very less. This also adds to the point of having bad infrastructure. As we have got poor lab and other facilities much needed for reasearch purposes.
Fees and Financial Aid:
On an average the overall fees (including tution fees, hostel, mess, service fees and everything) is nearly 3lakhs per year for a general student. Consessions are given for students on various aspects such as for economically weaker families having their annual income less than 5lakhs, the fees is around 50% the original and for the families having annual income less than 1lakh it is way less than that. This also applies on the basis of category as well. Numerous amount of scorships are provided from various sources including central government ,state government ,alumini findings and some from the college itself. These scolorships are based on various different criterias. I don't know exactly about the hiking rate of the fees but I'm sure that it is less and on a regular rate. As far as I know there aren't many opportunities in campus employment. We can work under professors helping for their projects and they'll provide stipend for that. Even students work as teaching assistants.

- Hostel facility are not upto the mark,need to be improved a alot
- People are very judgemental sometimes ,which is very insecure

Fee structure is defined different for different categories,The complete cost of my education, included tution,services fees and other compulsory charges is around 5000,Names and amounts of scholarship or financial aid for me personally is zero

- Open campus so not so safe at nights for girls and boys

Fee structure varies for general and other quota people.Students who are SC/ST have their tution fees waived off. Complete cost is 2.5lacs/yr approx. There are many financial aids available for students with scholarships like UP scholarship,woman scholarship etc.Campus employment is generally given in the 4 year.

- Green campus is always beautiful and the environment of the campus is very nice .
- our campus is a open campus and the very vast campus of about 1150acres. There is no rfestriction in our college, you can walk anywhere.
Dislikes
- Our campus is very old campus all lacks in construction of building .
- As the campus is a open campus , the movement of outsider is more in the campus.

The fee structure depends on the particular family background. If you are the one whose parental income is less than 1 lakh per anum, then you have to pay only the mess fee and the not the tution fee. So you have to pay only 30000 per anum. and if your family income is less than 5 lakhs per anum, then you have to pay 66000 tution fee and 30000 mess fee per anum. you can get bhu foundation scholarship, ffe scholarship and other state scholarship.

- The clubs in IIT BHU , they are very active , you can interact with like minded people discuss your ideas. Like cops, bizz, robotics, ecell
- Campus life over here. You can go to library till 1 am at night. Guard are always there.
Dislikes
- I think the competition you face after coming here is too much. Sometimes it becomes tough for students to handle also.
- Mess food after 1-1.5 months. It becomes unbearable especially lunch. Most of the times students skip lunch and eat from hostel canteen.

As we know in IIT s one semester fees is almost everywhere 1lack + . But all IIT s have these rules that below 6 lacks family income they give financial benifits .if family income is between 5-6 lack then 1/3 tution fee is less. If less than 5 lacks then 2/3rd tution fee is off.. if less than 1 lack then you don't have to pay tution fee.just admission fee and hostel charges. Sc st candidates also avail same benifits. Also in 1st and 2nd year you get various scholarships. And in 3rd yr you sit for on campus internship. And in 7th sem for placements.
Likes
- The campus is beautiful, we have temple here too, in case we feel discouraged. Also, it's a lush green campus.
- The peer environment is great here, everybody here is involved into something productive.
Dislikes
- There is no AC's in the classroom. Even in hot summer days, we have to study in fan based classrooms
- At times, there's a lot of pressure from the teaching faculty for just 2 credits, it creates too much stress on students
Fees and Financial Aid:
There are various scholarships available for us, infact there is a seperate section in our campus that deals with scholarships for the meritorious and deserving students. My family's total annual fees is less than 1 lakh so I get a ressesion of the tution fees.

- Chilling with my friends at the weekend,fests,events etc.
- Coding culture in our college is one the best in India.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is really bad in our college.
- Our college is open which creates a mess on the roads.
Fees and Financial Aid:
For one sem our fees is 1,21,000 which is kind of huge amount. But I belong to EWS which reduces my fees to 22000 which is kind of good. My complete education cost to about 4 lakhs. I guess there are numerous scholarships available for students which requires different criteria like NSP and others . There are state scholarship as well.

Which is better- Electronics engineering at IIT BHU or ECE at IIT Guwahati?
Both IIT Guwahati and IIT BHU are highly comparable to each other in terms of academic and professional excellence. However, both have their own unique strengths and weaknesses and my answer will guide you to make the most appropriate choice
Course structure: The course structure of both EE at IIT BHU and ECE at IIT Guwahati is similar and has very few differences.
Infrastructure: IIT Guwahati has better infrastructure because of its later establishment. IIT Guwahati is known for its extremely beautiful campus with rich natural beauty.
Alumni: Being older, IIT BHU has a longstanding legacy of excellence. This has a positive effect on the placements.
Culture: IIT BHU has a rich and dynamic work culture that is generally not found in engineering colleges.
Faculty and peer pool: Both IIT BHU and IIT Guwahati have excellent faculty and peer pool being reputed institutions.
Ultimately, it’s all about personal inclinations and there is no fixed right or better choice.

Rather than giving you a direct answer, I am going to evaluate all The aforementioned institutes individually on the basis of some common parameters like placements, brand name, campus life, opportunities, and alumni.
IIT BHU ECE
- Core placements are rare and students mostly build their profile for software development companies by becoming proficient in various programming languages, doing competitive coding, doing projects, and trying to build a computer science-inclined profile. A handful of students target core engineering roles.
- The brand value is similar to other colleges mentioned
- The campus is rather old and might disappoint freshers expecting a good college life.
IIT Guwahati ECE
- Unfortunately, I have no knowledge about this Institute. However, I recommend you contact the seniors of IIT Guwahati for the same.
IIT Hyderabad Maths and Computing
- Usually, MNCs attract top-tier software and financial services firms. If you are a hardworking student, it wouldn’t be difficult to secure amazing offers at top firms.
IIIT Hyderabad CSE
- IIIT H has possibly one of the best computer science departments in the country.
- You have to do core computer science courses right from the first year.
- Many students get selected for Google Summer of Code and IIIT Hyderabad has its alumni in top-notch firms.
- Being highly academically oriented, IIIT Hyderabad has minimal campus life and extracurricular activities.
Ultimately, it’s a matter of preferences and what you are looking for in your degree.
What the average package of IIT BHU electronic?
