I am a student of B.Tech Electrical at IIT Roorkee. Thus, I can only provide an insight into my branch/college- IIT Roorkee is the oldest technical institution in India. It has a strong academic reputation, and is consistently ranked among the top engineering institutes in India. IIT R is ranked 6th as per the NIRF 2024 Engineering Ranking (for teaching and research). The Electrical Engineering department at IIT Roorkee is well-established. It has experienced faculty members who are experts in their fields. IIT Roorkee's EE department is involved in research in areas like power systems, control systems, telecommunications, and more. Students of this department get the opportunity to work on interesting research projects, to publish their own papers, and to participate in international conferences. The department is equipped with laboratories and research facilities, providing students with hands-on experience and exposure to the latest technologies. The institute has a strong and extensive alumni network, which can be beneficial for mentorship, networking, and career opportunities. My year wise fees are around 75K I do not have to pay Tuition fees, including all other fees it is 75K in this there is 30k mess fees also My batchmates who are general have to pay around 2.4 Lakhs as fees. There are certain government scholarships like NSP, ONGC , etc.

Fee Structure of course is different for different different category. 1,05,000 for general category for academic fee and 15000 include for mess And Hostel Facilities.. There is complete fee concession for students who belongs from SC, ST, and PwD category student in acdmics. There are many kinds of scholarship who offer the complete fee and laptops and so many things and monthly charge for the students..

i paid 21850 for first semester and 6350 for second semester. in next 6 semester i will pay 6350 for each semester.the tution fees of our college is 100000 per semester for general category and obc category whose family income is greater than 5 lakh. and 33333.33 for those, whose family income is between 1lakh to 5 lakhfor obc and general category. and zero tution fess for those whose family income is less than 1 lakh and belonging to scand st category. Caution fess for all student is 9000. and all other fess are around 10000. there are many scholarship for student as like NSP,reliance foundation scholarship,FFE& BHU foundation etc.

Tution fees is 100000 per semester then additional some 6000 for library, medical insurance and all that and then 15000 mess fees per semester... If your parents income is between 2-5LPA then you only pay 33% tution fees And if it is less than 1 LPA then you don't have to pay tution fees at all... Also there are many scholarships available too...

The per sem fees for - GEN/OBC/EWs/Q/IP is ?1lac (students with family income > ?5lac) along with other fees Hostel fee includes ?15,000 per sem for everyone No management quota is available for IIT's. The students with 1lac family income have to pay ?40,000 per sem along with other required fees and students less than 1lac family incomes and reserved candidates ?10,000 along with other required fees IIT BHU provides merit-cum-means scholarships to 25% undergraduate students and many more scholarships are provided for reserved candidates and have a poor family income

Mesmerizing and Beautiful Campus and Placement

Thee fee structure for B.Tech. in IIT BHU is like : The yearly tuition fee is 1,00,000 INR, 500 INR for examinations fees, 200 INR for registration / enrollment fees, 1000 for Gymkhana fees, 150 INR for festival activities, 300 INR for medical facilities, 250 INR for student amenities subscription, 300 INR for hsotel seat rent, 1200 INR for fan / electricity / water charges, 2250 INR for hostel development fund, 200 INR for campus services and utilities and 365 INR for medical insurance. This brings the total yearly fee to 106715 INR. The fee structure has been consistent for our batch and shows no significant increase over the years. Students from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) or those admitted though special quotas have some fee waivers. Scholarship option available include merit-cum-means scholarships, which support students based on academic performance and financial need. Additionally, several government and private financial need aid programs, such as Inspire Scholarship and other state-level scholarships, are accessible to students. The overall affordability of the course is reasonable, considering the faciliies provided by the institute.

The Course Curriculum is also not that much hectic although it is hard

For me and my family the fees is a big trouble most of the time as it is a huge amount for a middle class , the amount is like approx 1.3 Lacs a semester and your pocket money during the stay in campus . The complete cost may vary between 9 to 10 Lacs for Candidates having family income greater than 5 Lacs. The scholarships are there any most of them are family income based like govt itself provides relaxation in fees if income of family is less than 5Lacs. I am not under any responsibility as of now my parents are taking care of my education.
