Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees of this college is a bit on the higher end as it is comparatively newer college, I pay around 110000 rupees overall for one semester in Mtech, fee fluctuations are there but sometimes fees goes up and down but stays in 100000 range only. Total cost for mtech here is around 450000 rupees. For mtech students, we get MHRD stipend of 12400 each month. Employment rate here is very very good you will get a high paying job from this college for sure, average package for mtech is 18 lpa, and average for btech is 31 lpa no kidding. Placements are good.

IIIT Allahabad does not have a clearly stated regular policy on the rate or regularity of tuition fee increases. However, it appears there have been instances where a planned 10% increase was put on hold.

The cost to the student is approximately 5 lakh for two years. Scholarship is for students who have a family income of less than 4.5 lakh and there are various scholarships provided by the state and central government.

The fees of the college depends as per your cateogaries if you belong to Scheduled castes or Scheduled Tribes, then you will be getting a big waiver in your fees and in your hostel fees as well but if you belong to unreserved cateogary and want financial assistance, then you have option of getting scholarship but for that you will have to personally apply in college and give interview to the team

Fee Structure And Facilities:

Total course fees is around 360000 rupees.It includes hostel facility.As i cracked gate exam. so in every month i got stipend form MHRD.

Why I chose IIITA

Tuition fees is arround 45k per sem and after all the other charges it comes at around 60k per sem plus mess charges which are around 15k per sem. Tuition fees will remain constant over the duration of your course however other charges may change a bit. There are scholarship opportunities but I don't know about them much. As compared to other govt. colleges, IIIT Allahabad is quite affordable.

The first-year fee for the BTech ECE at IIT Allahabad for OBC/EWS/General Categories is INR 1.87 Lakhs, for 2^nd year is INR 1.83 Lakhs, for 3^rd year is INR 2.25 Lakhs, and for fourth year is INR 2.50 Lakhs. The fee per year is INR 1.04 Lakhs for the BTech-Mtech course. Yes, semester fees are exempted for the SC students. Only one-time fees during admission, caution money refundable fees, academic expenses, hostel fees, and mess fees are charged. The per semester hostel fee is INR 9800, and mess charges are 23418 per semester.
